I recognize that lunch pail as one similar to one my step father used to take down to the mines in Sudbury Ontario. As far as I know in the 70’s they were made by hand by someone local. I was told that the miners liked them because they kept the food dry. They also used it as a pillow when thy took a nap.

I enjoyed this video. I also like consignment shops- You can find really nice antique items if you are into antiques.

My 'consignment store' is my granny house. I got all my antique silk wool rugs, gilded mirrors, the antique chinese vases and ginger jars, the heavy, monogrammed silverwares, the 19th century Wedgwood tea sets , the 19th century Limoges dinnerwares set and the 19th century crystal chandeliers from there. All for FREE !! 😂😂

Sumida Ryogoku Yikes. Sounds like a nightmare. A lot to clean and they can all be broken so easily. Not to mention ugly and dated.

@@Kevin-sm8pn Maybe your granny's stuff are ugly and dated. Fortunately mine are all gorgeous and classic. And cleaning is the task best left to my maids.

Sumida Ryogoku Heavy monogrammed silverware and Chinese vases are not classy, lol Oh, great, you have servants. I hope you have liability insurance when one of your servants eventually falls to their death while cleaning your vast collection of 19th century crystal chandeliers. Again, yikes.

As per insurance you can ask my lawyers who handle it for me. Life's good.

It’s funny, because when I shop thrift I always find pieces that I tell my mom...”This is something Sarah would buy and redo.” Every time.
