    You can also combine archer and typewriter push ups:
    • down like archer
    • transition like typewriter
    • and back up like archer
    I love thouse.

    Great Video! Thank you for sharing the many variations of a push up, looking to increase the intensity and these are perfect!
    I have a question to in which I was wondering if you solely and continually train with the push up variations you can do will this allow you to move onto more difficult push ups like lalanne, aztec and one arm push ups? or should you be practicing and learning the difficult push ups and their technique as well?
    Obviously practice makes perfect however the lalanne push ups are extremely difficult as of the moment, can’t wait to accomplish that push up!

      Damit solltest du die Brust definitiv abgedeckt haben .Für Schultern und arme würde ich noch die Hindu style pushups dazu nehmen! Grüße

    Never seen anyone do a one arm push-ups like that. They always put one of their hands behind their waist so they look unbalanced. lol This makes so much more sense.

    Number 7 could fuck up your wrists if done this way. Instead, get in a standard push up position and do it from there. Im not an expert but I say this from personal experience. Start with this variation and then (once your wrists are strong enough) move to the classic one

    ist es normal bei der Ausführung der Lalane_Pushups,das sich beim hochdrücken des gesamten Körpers vom Boden, sich die meiste Belastung in der Lendenwirbelgegend hervortut, weil ich ein unangenehmen Druck dort verspüre, als würde sich meine LWS durchbiegen.

      Pit3l Well, it is vaguely possible. You can go into a handstand from a one arm planche, but that doesn't really qualify as a pushup.

      yeah ive seen someone tryinng to do a one arm planche push up but it was in "the 15 hardest moves in caelithenics" and it wasnt a real push up too

    Lalenne push up on one hand and one leg (opposite of each other e.g. Right leg and left arm to keep balance). But you think your done... nahhhhhh after that you end it with a 180 push at the end

    Anyone know another name for the push up at 2:00? here it's called the Hindu push up, I've also seen it called "judo" pushup but there is another name I'm looking for.

    The ultimate one for chest is one arm one leg push ups with COMPLETELY STRAIGHT TORSO and your feet elevated at the height of your waist.If you can do 50+ of them with both arms in a 4-0-1-0 tempo,you would have a double bodyweight bench press or some thing extremely close to that,I had a 475 lbs bench press at 250 lbs at 10 percent body fat the first time I ever benched,so I shit you not people,its brutally hard if done with right form even on the floor.
    If you can 50 reps of them each arm and weigh 200 lbs or more(add a backpack full of weights like bricks or small sandbags to make sure you weigh 200 lbs at that time) then you will have a huge chest.
    I did one arm pull ups(had a max of 30 reps each arm),one arm one leg feet elevated push ups(50 rep pr) and full rom handstand push ups between two chairs(50 rep PR) and I was 250 lbs at 6ft3 inches at 10 percent body fat with 18 inch guns and 52 inch chest.

      bee Man Not sure I agree there... we used it for training Olympic level divers, as a coach in gymnastics, and even in the military spec ops training. Its a pretty common name been used for decades now in various sports.
