Railfanning Macon, GA - January 2020

On a railfanning trip out east, me and Rail Vision decided to try our luck in Macon. Although the action was pretty quiet, it was made up for in quality!

It’s an NS SD70ACC painted in a special Conversion scheme, only NS 1800 and 1801 are like this

My first question is are you from Georgia? Number two, I am blind and I enjoy your videos. Number three, what is the road frequency for the Macon Districk?

Thanks for the comment! To answer your first question, no I am not from Georgia however I did live in south Georgia for about 11 years of my life. The two channels for Macon is 160.695 and 161.025, there is also channel 160.995 which is the road channel for the Atlanta South District from Atlanta to Macon

What is the line that runs in n out of Macon alone route 16 and passed the Rose Cemetery?

That would be the NS Atlanta South District, and as the name implies it runs between Atlanta and Macon, thanks for watching!
