How To Set Up Automated Email Notifications With LearnDash

How far in advance does it send the reminder for them. Example we want to remind people of their live zoom session each Thursday at 7:00pm. I have set up the notification but when does it send 24hrs before 3 hrs before ?

Where do you get that list of add-ons now? My LearnDash menu goes straight from reports to settings. No add-on option. ??
