Really like the way you two are able to adjust your plans on the fly. By the way Birds Nest with babies are a good luck omens for the future. Take some pictures and frame them for the new build walls. Maybe the wall going up the stairs to your new nest for the future of your children. Stay a little longer till your wings grow stronger.

I thought someone would have told you, cut hay to make it RAIN, or pour concrete, to make it pour down RAIN. Jeremy knows how to deal with it, take a SHOWER, love it. Melissa and her birds, next thing with be an EAGLE in the addict. No matter what, your family just moves ahead and gets the job done. What a blessed life you have there. God is smiling on you.🙏🙏

They'll pretty much stay on the nest through most anything, except if you walk near them. Then you will get DIVE BOMBED by mamma robin. But Mockingbirds are the worst for dive bomb attacks...one built a nest in the tree near the main door of my work place...for six to eight weeks all the employees had to use the rear loading dock door.

Jeremy under the water with no shirt acting like he's taking a shower brought back a memory of a picture. Back in 1957 or '56 (before I was born) my mom took a picture of my dad standing in a big wooden rain barrel (that my grandmother used for collecting water. She only had hand pumps in the house. She would use that barrel water for animals and plants). Anyway the picture of my dad is him standing in the rain barrel in his underwear with a scrub brush and soap. I love that picture. My mom said that my dad always found a way to make her and my grandma laugh. My dad was in the Marines (4 years) then signed up for the Air Force right after that (21 years and retired from it. He took the service seriously. But at home he was a family man and made us laugh. Jeremy
reminds me of him in that way. Serious about the job at hand but time for laughter and family. God bless you both and thank you for a beautiful memory.

So cool that you let Mama Robin stay. It is very late in the season for her to be laying her eggs, but so glad she has a safe place to raise her babies. I am a sucker too Melissa for all wildlife. Great to see the progress on Gabby and I love the new concrete pad. As for us, we are still dealing with some major forest fires, and we have been breathing smoke for the last 4 days non-stop. Our air quality is horrible and even dangerous for vulnerable people. My kingdom for an east wind! Hopefully the coming thunderstorms will help with the fires in the next few days. As always sending love from our acreage to yours. PS...Is your John Deere not capable of doing a 4000 lbs lift? I was hoping you could just run down with the tractor and bring your siding up yourselves? I am guessing the forks can't handle that kind of weight :/

The universe never tells us if we did right or wrong. All we can do is follow our conscience hoping that what we say might be that simple act of kindness or comforting word may be enough for someone who desperately needed it. Thought things were settling down i went out and threw in a garden.i was doing ok. On the 13th i went to check blueberries before heading to work but never made it. Use a couple slices (1/8”)of raw potato to put on your burn, my grandma swore by it, it worked for my mom when she scaled her hand, I used it for different times for myself and my daughter has used it to. Thank you so much for being an inspiration for me! You have said many times that you guys are just everyday people. Yes. That's true. The difference is your ability to dream big, follow through, put up with sacrifices, and willing to work to your limits never giving up. You are more than everyday people. I hope you will come to know that by your actions, you are influencing great numbers of people through your videos. Good Luck with everything this week!! God Bless!

When someone says that to me, I always say it's easy to be kind to people who are good and you love, the hard part is treating everyone the same who are harder to love! Just because you say I am kind, does not negate what I said because it is true!

Thank you to your neighbor for helping out, that semi delivery driver should find another line of work..😮 The storm came up quick, but I'm not sure why ya'll hurried to cover the apron at that point, water helps cure the concrete much better. Love ya'll ❤😊

What would be amazing for the two young ones is if you turned those 6 crates into one amazing playhouse. Is that a brilliant idea or what. You are an amazing family such love and togetherness, coming from a broken family and marriage your family is heart warming to watch. 💕 Brisbane,Australia

1:28 Totally agree. Sometimes I think I might have been a construction worker in a past life. I pretty much love the smell of almost all things construction. Concrete, spackle, paint, wood, even fresh asphalt.
