Good. This monk explained buddha teaching in a simple to understand concept of Buddhism. He is fluent in English and gave a clear explanation of Buddhism and life after death etc.
I accept and respect the Buddhist doctrine. However, as you state, “ We don’t know why we are here. We don’t know where we are from. We don’t know what we should be doing. We don’t know where we go after this.” Surely if a divine plan is in existence for all of us, we would be born with that ultimate knowledge to live our lives accordingly for the best possible outcome respectively - upon death. I often ponder why we enter the world with no prior knowledge of the reasons for our birth. Having said this, it is encouraging to know, that the body’s energy both electrical and chemical cannot be destroyed upon death - it simply changes states and moves out of the body. I enjoyed your discourse.
In my perspective, the main exercises in life is exactly dealing with the unknown and practice free will. If we were born with a “roadmap”, we’d be robots with no space for expansion.
No amaount of good works or meditation or self wil can save a soul Jesus christ is the way, truth, and life no one comes to the Father but through Him shalom.
@@JNeil1975well, maybe Eastern paths don't say "saved", but they certainly teach that we need to aim towards Liberation from cycle of reincarnation to earth and hell realms. This is standard teaching in Buddhism. That was the main message of this video
I felt that your explanation/content was good. But when I shared your talk w my family and friend, they all said your accent got in way of content. It's not a criticism of YOU. It's their perspective after trying to understand the content. I have to agree with them. Disregard this comment if you want, but the accent really detracts... my possible solution: get someone with a less pronounced/distracting accent to explain. It really would help us. The Buddha's teachings are worth it. Namaste
"The absence of evidence is not the evidence of absence."
what is then our reality, does buddhism teach, that for example when I die will I be aware of myself and what happens to me.
That’s what I’m believe and try living 🙏🏻

You were dead before you were born. That is the teaching. There is s no hereafter.
Jesus isn't having any of this! 🧐
Lol.
Jesus has reincarnated, so yes he is.

No one has to be “saved.” Especially not by the barbaric concept of god that you believe in. A god that requires blood is heathen.
Amen, Jesus is King!

Buddhism is the truth, we can gain enlightenment through our practice of kindness, promote peace and harmony in this chaotic world.

Sorry about that. This is a channel of a group of Thai Theravada Buddhist monks. So, you will probably need accent from all the videos.
