I really don't understand why people (and even Regine) claim it's NOT her TIME anymore. I mean come on, NO ONE in this generation has ever surpassed Regine's achievements. Wala pang pumapalit, walang pumapantay. Name me any singer who holds major concerts in MOA or Araneta almost EVERY year. 2 nights? Repeats? Series? Siya pa rin yon! Decades have passed, and she's still doing it. When in a show, siya pa rin palagi ang pang Finale. When lined up with big stars, siya palagi ang nasa gitna. Halos lahat ng mga nakasabayan niya (Lani, Jaya, etc.) nawala na sa limelight (with all due respect to them). Pati yung mga sumunod sa kanya na binigyan ng kung ano anong titles, pasulpot-sulpot nalang sa TV and concert scenes. Si Regine pa rin ang in-demand and suki sa lahat. IT'S STILL HER TIME. Nagka edad lang siya, nagbago lang boses niya. But she's still the one on top. We're all just living in her era.

Yes, Everytime I would go to Glorietta until now the only things that would remember was when I watched her doing a Concert there, Meeting Mr. Brix Ferraris there, Buying my imported Queen Mariah Carey CD's from CD Warehouse in Greenbelt, Makati(Then I would enjoy walking and roaming along touring the malls and beauty of Makati) and meeting one of my flings there. Out of all the singers in Ms. Regine's time, she still stands as one of the most influential, admirable, celebrated and decorated artist. Halos lahat ng versions at singers I believe until now all pull from Regine's one way or another. She has wonderfully changed the Philippine music industry, not just from how she sang and told songs like stories but also from how she carries herself; very strong, persistent, and extremely kind hearted. I really don't know how to explain it... I've loved Ms. Reg since my early teenage years (I'm 27 now), and have discovered so many things about her from her interviews and performances, but I still cannot find another artist that I admire who changed my life deeply the way she has. God has really set her apart and her life is a strong testimony of that. Legend talaga. I know she's only human so it's understandable that she doesn't feel like it's not her time anymore or the opposite of what we think of her as fans, I think that just shows how much she loves singing and bringing joy to people. Maybe she still wants to have the same reach as she once did because that's how she feels fulfilled. Hello Madam Regine, I have migraine din, and na notice ko na mabilis ako magka migraine attack after ko magpatugtog ng music using headset or earphone aside from sobrang init ng panahon. So, since sa music industry kau,mdalas music at mga rehearsal na na gumagamit kay ng earphone at headphones, mdalas mkasumpong po siya. I am not a doctor pero based lang sa experience ko and hindi biro maka migraine attack. Lalo na 2 weeks na experience niyo, Sakin gingawa ko iwas sa ingay, at radiation especially mobile phones, TV etc. Sana mkatulong din sa lahat ng mga may migraine at lagi inaatake sa sakit na toh.

Concerts are more like reunion/celebration concerts. The younger ones, wala nang ma produce or ndi na click sa tao. As long as Regine is there, she can never be replaced unless you create your own sound (like Sarah G. who successfully created her own brand different from Regine). RV remains up there, reinventing: may new single (cover or originals), new albums, tv shows and countless endorsements. Ndi man kasing dami tulad dati but her projects are consistent. Dati buwan buwan may migraine aq...kung minamalas every week umaatake. May kasama pang pagsusuka, di mktulog sa sakit, hirap magmemorize at ang hirap gumalaw. I really don't understand why people (and even Regine) claim it's NOT her TIME anymore. I mean come on, NO ONE in this generation has ever surpassed Regine's achievements. Wala pang pumapalit, walang pumapantay. Name me any singer who holds major concerts in MOA or Araneta almost EVERY year. 2 nights? Repeats? Series? Siya pa rin yon! Decades have passed, and she's still doing it. When in a show, siya pa rin palagi ang pang Finale. When lined up with big stars, siya palagi ang nasa gitna. Halos lahat ng mga nakasabayan niya (Lani, Jaya, etc.) nawala na sa limelight (with all due respect to them). Out of all the singers in Ms. Regine's time, she still stands as one of the most influential, admirable, celebrated and decorated artist. Halos lahat ng versions at singers I believe until now all pull from Regine's one way or another. She has wonderfully changed the Philippine music industry, not just from how she sang and told songs like stories but also from how she carries herself; very strong, persistent, and extremely kind hearted. I really don't know how to explain it... I've loved Ms. Reg since my early teenage years (I'm 27 now), and have discovered so many things about her from her interviews and performances, but I still cannot find another artist that I admire who changed my life deeply the way she has. God has really set her apart and her life is a strong testimony of that. Legend talaga. I know she's only human so it's understandable that she doesn't feel like it's not her time anymore or the opposite of what we think of her as fans, I think that just shows how much she loves singing and bringing joy to people. Maybe she still wants to have the same reach as she once did because that's how she feels fulfilled. Although, she really doesn't need to explain or prove she is still the best because she has always been.

Hello Madam Regine, I have migraine din, and na notice ko na mabilis ako magka migraine attack after ko magpatugtog ng music using headset or earphone aside from sobrang init ng panahon. So, since sa music industry kau,mdalas music at mga rehearsal na na gumagamit kay ng earphone at headphones, mdalas mkasumpong po siya. I am not a doctor pero based lang sa experience ko and hindi biro maka migraine attack. Lalo na 2 weeks na experience niyo, Sakin gingawa ko iwas sa ingay, at radiation especially mobile phones, TV etc. Sana mkatulong din sa lahat ng mga may migraine at lagi inaatake sa sakit na toh.

Concerts are more like reunion/celebration concerts. The younger ones, wala nang ma produce or ndi na click sa tao. As long as Regine is there, she can never be replaced unless you create your own sound (like Sarah G. who successfully created her own brand different from Regine). RV remains up there, reinventing: may new single (cover or originals), new albums, tv shows and countless endorsements. Ndi man kasing dami tulad dati but her projects are consistent. Never ko tlga xa naramdaman nagpahinga. Kaya nga til now, she is still being compared to young gen of singers (na hndi na dapat 😅). She does not cater to a specific market - upper, mid or the mass. Matanda or bata. You'd notice this pag umattend ka ng concert nya. Halo halong tao talaga. Despite all these, she remains as one of the most humble out there.
Decades from now, people will continue to play and sing her songs. Future generations will recognize and idolize her. Indeed, the Eternal Queen of OPM!

Solid yung fan base ni Regine kaya kahit nagbago na boses nya, we still love her lalo na yung mga umabot talaga from the start of her career hanggang sa prime nya. Di na mabubura sa isip namin yung tunog nya. Sa Regine rocks lang na concert nya iba yung inoffer nya pero sugod pa din mga reginians lalo na sangkabaklaan. Grane yung atmosphere sa MOA. This proves the importance of parents role in every contest or school activities. I grew up joining school singing contest na di ako napapanood ng parents ko. And whenever I get defeated, I have no one until I could no longer have the courage to compete anymore. I can only sing alone or in a family gathering karaoke.
Living legend…❤️ Not just a legendary singer but an amazing actress as well. I never missed any of her romcom movies. My favorite is Pangako Ikaw Lang with Aga Muhlach. That scene with her crying over her dad’s death always gets me not matter how many times I rewatch it. My most favorite song of hers is Tanging Mahal.
Roni Henarez did great introducing her in the mysic Industry. That was the time when Kuh Ledezma and all the 80s Divas were a big hit but she did well with the right packaging of Roni Henarez, he was a brilliant mentor and Manager to Regine that made bug difference. Having the righ Manager is pure luck. And her father did well as well.
You set the standards high in the Phil Music Industry! A lot of great young singers today look up to you! You already made your mark as one of the best singer the Philippines have had! QUEEN!!!

But in my case, intermittent fasting has helped me a lot. Tinanggal ko ung breakfast sa routine ko, tanghali n ung first meal. Ayun, minsan n lng sumumpong at di n ganun kasakit. Kaya tuloy tuloy pa din ung no breakfast routine ko.
Dati buwan buwan may migraine aq...kung minamalas every week umaatake. May kasama pang pagsusuka, di mktulog sa sakit, hirap magmemorize at ang hirap gumalaw.
Sa mga may migraine, tau lng ang mkkaunawa at mkktulong sa nrrmdaman ntn. Be strong.

Napakahumble ni Ms Regine para sabihing it’s not her time anymore. Pero kung susumahin ang achievements niya, parang wala pang makapantay. I do not believe it’s not her time anymore. Filipinos naturally love her. She’s so talented. Not against Stell, but with or without him, carry ni Ms Regine mag-concert alone. I would love to hear her sing songs na hindi laging bumibirit pero tagos sa puso ang boses. Siguro she can do it during unplugged concerts.

At naging guest pa namin sya sa christmas party namin nuon sa company dekada 90..sikat na sya nun naka barbers cut sya urong sulong pa ang kasikatan na single nia napakahusay up to this very moment original at mga cover songs..mapa retro at bagong kanta walang papantay sa kania i love all her sonngs.
Regine is also a good actress. Her movies earned well.
I think it’s the society who is putting more pressure on these artists/singers who used to be young and famous. Our society is very judgemental and has unreasonable standards. As if, everyone is perfect. Only God is perfect. God bless everyone!
