About that family...they cried broke trying to get free services and got angry when it didn't work. As for the niece she probably keeps up a lot of turmoil all of the time. There's at least one in every family. Continue doing you with God's Blessings. Still praying.

I'm so happy to see you back. God Bless you with his many Blessings.🙏🙏🙏 This is just unbelievable that they didn't care enough about their Mother to find a way to put her away in a dignified way. I'm grateful that we were able to put our parents away in a dignified way and didn't have to ask anyone for help. It's really sad. You handled it way better than most people would including myself.

So good to see you back Ray!! Back in the '70's when cremation was unheard of in our culture, families did whatever necessary to pay for funeral arrangements. Families needed to prove on paper of being insolvent before the County would take their loved ones for disposition. Today some families believe the system will step in & give them free services. I'm surprised the family didn't set up a GoFundMe account-maybe they did. What they don't know is the County moves at its own pace & cremation won't take place for months on account of the vast number of cases they process. They probably gave you the runaround because they know they can get away with it. What they don't want to see is another body taking up needed space in their storage refrigerators. Besides, they're not the greatest in terms of customer service. If I remember correctly, if families wanted the cremated remains of County dispos, they would need to pay a fee the get them. Otherwise, cremated remains will be emptied in a common County owned grave & commingled with hundreds of others 3 years later.

When are you going to show us the funeral of your mom. You said in a video you would show it.
That's the way it is with "our" folks! Want other people to take care of all responsibilities! Like the monkey said, "My people, my people"! Funerals, cremations, or any disposals cost money! Many funeral homes have gone belly up because folks promise to pay but never do! From this point on, check to see the financial status before you accept the remains. Business is business. Insurance is the way to go. Some folks never prepare for the times ahead. Thank God I was taught to do this!
Oh WOW, People don't believe in Insurance. But get mad when the bill comes. Can't you charge them for storage fee daily?
If the family doesn't have money for a service or cremation now, charging them extra won't matter! If Ms. Ray gets anything from them, it would be a miracle! Being obese is worse because they need special made caskets. If they are buried, two graves need to be purchased because the casket is oversized! Really messy!

It sounds like the sister could have collected money from the family and kept it for herself. Now she's going to put the blame on you.

See and reporting me about family BS. Nope , as soon as possible she burnt up. Ima pay for the embalming so she ain't stinkin up my facility. And all the bursting open and you already gave me receipt, nope she urs!! Write me up . Ima pay whatever fine , ima pay it. The family from hell can go there. BYE FELICIA!!
