Is there any way to tell if the EM-1 is ready after the molasses fermentation process other than a ph strip. I don't have any and its been a week. Any tell tale signs its ready?
After I activated it everything looked well and smell was a bit acidic but pleasant. I sprayed some of my seedlings abd then I noticed that sprayed leaves turned yellow. later on seedlings were growing fine. What could be the issue?
Yes, the reason is, you are expanding the microbe in the EM1. In order to do this you must give it something to feed on, hence the BSM(Black Strap Molasses).
Where do you get the molasses? What's the brand? I heard Thad it shouldn't contain any sulfur or sulfate, but i don't know which brand or where to buy large quantity. Thank you
I too would love to hear what the folks at Teraganix think. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say yeah, chlorine equals no good. Off gas your tap water in open air for a day or 2 before use with anything related to living soil. That's at least the general consensus from the bits of research I've done myself. Was kinda taken back when he said any old tap water is fine. Cheers!
You should de-chlorinate the water first, by leaving out sitting in a bucket for 24 to 48 hours, if you have an air stone with a air pump it oxygenates the water and helps clorox evaporate out the water faster. Once you lowered the clorox content you can add the EM 1. Less fighting for EM formula to do against tap water add-ins which vary per region. High clorox content kills all organic. Best water source is rain water if possible.🔥💯Activating my EM 1 with organic unsulphured molasses. Thanks
@777tommys I've also been finding a few different brands of unsulphured molasses that have a pH buffer added, so I add distilled vinegar at half the ratio of molasses and get great results in 7 days. Otherwise it could take almost 2 weeks to prolificate.
Two questions. Do I still dilute the finished expanded EM-1 or spray it as is? Second, how long before it must be used? Thanks 👍. Love EM-1 and the difference it makes is amazing!
I've mixed the manure compost and jaggery in Em1. can i get activation. EM1 was 1 liter and jaggery 2 kg and manure compost 15 kg and native soil 2 kg. these all mixed in 70 kgs water. can i get activation. can i use that in my plants?
Eric.... I've watched several of your videos, thanks for your efforts. You are somewhat hard to hear though. I have everything turned up to full volume and even then I have somewhat a hard time hearing you. Consider when making more videos.
I like to supercharge mine I put a low power fish aquarium air pump in mine for 2 days then I take it out and leave it alone for 7-10 days ............
@@yoriichi3347 Well, you can just use it out of the bottle, but that's sure not cheap. The intent of activating is to make it stretch and more cost effective.
There is no reason to use organic molasses and you absolutely need to stay clear of sulphur in the molasses. Also, you need to use Black Strap Molasses. Just be sure there is NO sulphur.
This is a horribly made video. It leaves so many questions unanswered and makes me wonder if this company even knows how to handle the product they create. 1. Does the activated EM need to be diluted before watering on plants and what is the ratio? 2. What is the ratio of EM dilution if used to clean pond water? 3. Other channels and videos say that only UNSULPHER molasses should be used. Can you clarify why you differ from their advice? Thanks.
Thank you for the guidance. What is the dilution ratio for activated EM-10 for seedling soil and leaf fertilizer water in a nursery?

A balloon with a pin prick serves as an airlock too.
My em 1 has a light white foam on the top is this the healthy living bacteria
My ph it's still on 4,4 . After 2 weeks. Sealed bottle container and i used sugar cane molasses....should i add more or add vinegar to it?
Can i use a pH down solution yo drop it?
Use ONLY Black Strap Molasses. ONLY!
Add unsulphured molasses
you could always add vitamin c tablets if people are worried about certain chloramines or what ever.

My EM1 solution is growing some type of green cloudy white substance. What likely happened?
How do you keep EM1 after opened?
Wait my EM1 says it has molasses inside of it. Do I still need to activate?

I’ve been told the water must be at 110* to work properly (very important) is this true? Is the heat to dechlorinate?
I heard to add specifically pink Himalayan salt. And thoughts on that? Needed? Benefits?
I think the person is just avoiding iodized salt. Sea salt is fine.

What if your tap water has chlorine in it,won’t that kill the microbes?

Once you have activated EM-1 you can spray it as is. Activated product should be used within 6 months
Where do you buy your mola in bulk? I heard the molasses used to feed cows are not good because it contains sulfur& hormones
If I stir bubbles come up is that a good sign?
can I drink the EM1 that you made?
Try to make a inoculant serum for agarwood bro, what mixing to make inoculant?

When we use this product, does it have to be diluted in water before we use it on our plants once activated?
As a company You really need to remake this video.....
There is contradicting info on this video. I was always told to use un sulfer molasses. And I was told to dilute your EM1 when you ready to use it.

I have a microphone on too. Thanks for the feedback!
@@Teraganix Do u know if u can do this same method to expand the pro EM1 from Teraganix?

Most of them are facultative
why do you add molasses ?
For the sugars to feed the microbes in EM-1
...and minerals.

I don't have molasses is it okay if only EM-1?.
@@yoriichi3347 Well, you can just use it out of the bottle, but that's sure not cheap. The intent of activating is to make it stretch and more cost effective.

No no no....you have to let the pressure out with an airlock
