    This brought tear to my eye.. for I am that patient, yes I know I am 1 of many, but the worsening and continual discrimination, because perhaps I'm to young ( 48') or look to healthy, though I have many rare disorders, and a heart condition that needs surgery or I will not live to see another yr. I wish that the Drs. Iv had could see this, and actually know, I am not showing them up, or trying to be them, but that after 6 yrs. I now have had to learn all I could about my health issues, to advocate because no one else has.. but yet I need you.. that 1 dr. To see me. Thank you for this video, if this was more seen by not just the patient but the Drs. That you pray will help, understand and care that I and I'm sure many others only want a chance. .to live..to laugh, to maybe have some part of their life back.. maybe it could be different, for those who do, God bless you. And for those who still do not..God help you, for this , I could be "You" one-day. Til then, keep up the enlightening videos, and I pray that 1 day, I'm that patient that can say.. thank you, for helping, for listening. .for the couple I do have, thank you from the bottom of my heart ♡

    BUT will you tell the whole truth and nothing but?

    • @laportama
      @laportama 8 років тому

      Will you ignore entire dimensions? Are you willing to do it for your self? Will you admit what you are doing to cause your problem and do your best to adjust your behavior? Are you for real?
      Press tells us that patients must find doctors they can trust, but who tells the doctor to find patients they can trust?
      Who tells all parties what the underlying motives really are? That the "advantage" plans are there to take advantage OF YOU?
      That the Orwellian dis-ease-support system has been so sick for so long that people don't even know what goodness and good care is anymore? That "empathy" acts and feels as if it is participating in the disease but Compassion actually understands the patients' suffering and looks for - -and at -- root causes, not just symptoms?
      That the word "diagnosis" means "thorough understanding" and those are few and far between? That most are really just descriptions, and that it's so much easier -- and very desirable! -- to just give a pill and make the symptom seem to disappear, only to return as a different mole?
      That there is so much hypocrisy and so little time; so much enabling but so little Truth? Will you tell the whole truth and nothing but?
      We think not, but good luck with your acting career.
