if you just werent aware of standing up from the chair in general, its on console just mash left and right triggers until it happens. (on PC, probably left and right mouse)
as far on the zombies mode screen specifically, I actually don't think I've ever even tried it before so if the same doesn't work I'd suggest it was probably like this guy says, a console command that forces it to happen.
