8:11 I believe Depression Raincloud appears only after a Wasteland mob or elite mob drops you the blueprint. You have to get that first and unlock it in order to solve the quest.

Im stuck at level 66. Main quest is at level 70 i want to be level 80 before i do that but Chain and monster resistance exp combo Still gives me small exp base and exp job Any advise how to level up faster without using Bigcatcoin?
You need to 1 hit your target monsters, and then you will get better xp and drop

New Almekia thank you so much. Its very hard to grind levels because of my combat time exceeding over 150minutes, after that i dont know what to do quest are lock all side quest from prontera to different regions are already finished.
I mean after my combat time exceed 150 minutes i dont know what to do i have to wait for another day so i can complete monster resistance and quest board thats pretty much all ive been doing but still i need to level up fast and that plan is not going to work but Thanks to your advice ill be sure to take it when my combat time returned to 0
