More About Genshin Impact:
Players can explore the game's large fantasy world, called Teyvat, with over 25+ characters and various points of interest spread across the map. The game features an action combat playstyle that allows the player to swap between 4 individual characters in a party to quickly combo attacks. Single-player gameplay is the focus of the game, with Co-Op Mode available for certain activities.
Each character has two unique combat skills: a normal skill and a special skill. The normal skill can be used at any time except for the cooldown period immediately after use, while the special skill has an energy cost, requiring the user to amass sufficient elemental energy first.
Characters have control over one of seven natural elements: Cryo, Dendro, Pyro, Hydro, Anemo, Electro, and Geo. Cooking is another significant aspect of Genshin Impact's gameplay. Players gather many resources in the course of their adventure, some of which can be turned into dishes via cooking. Some dishes regenerate characters' health, while others boost attack or defensive abilities.

The dynamic there is that Diluc doesn't hide the dirty work behind a shiny Favonious veneer. He just does what he thinks needs doing. Kaeya is all smoke and mirrors, how much do we _actually_ know about him and his activities, the most real information we got was from Diluc.

dilucs skin doesnt have his vision, and in the manga diluc actually also has a delusion. As well as there is a new event to find out this skins backstory. So the new event might actually be based off of the manga of dilucs backstory plus how he got the delusion.
Also yes Diluc has new idle animation and his burst bird turns and twist instead of just going up.
(Its been almost a year since i read the manga so i dont remember the full details thanks)

What's interesting to me is that Other delusions are like elements that can work with the vision like Signora and Childe's but Diluc didn't use his vision. So he just got a vision of unknown element maybe also pyro? but we do know that Diluc left his vision in Mondstat, when he went all red hood on everyone. So.. Diluc if he had both could be double pyro? Oh man, oh boy if we had that in this game, we could make 2 birds instead of one. XD
