What is width of backrest and overall width of single chair
I recently purchased a set of black Apex theater seats for our studio and I had a question I was hoping you could help me with. Every time I turn on our blue LED lights that run down the sides, after a while they shut off. I haven’t timed it yet, but it seems to be around 30 minutes or so. Is there a way to adjust the time or disable / disconnect it completely? Reason I ask is cause we use these for our video podcast and the LED’s look amazing on camera, but it’s becoming a headache to edit every time we need to turn them back on. If you can offer some assistance with this it would be a huge help.
From our experience, the lights should stay on longer than that. Typically the lights stay on for hours at a time. Does all power cut to the chair, or just the lights? It could be the power source or the power supply cord. Check your power cord and power supply and see if there are any issues where the seats are plugged in and where the power inverter is connected. You can also give us a call and request a new power supply: 1-800-407-8665. You could also check to see if it's all the LED lighting or just the front accents which can also be replaced. Do the cup holder LED lights stay on and just the front accent panels turn off? Since you say it is two seats, I would wonder if it was a power problem since it affects both chairs. Give customer service a call.
I had the Seatcraft Stanza chairs but they were destroyed due to Hurricane Ida. I just received 3 of the Apex seats. My previous chairs had a memory button that would save my favorite position. Do these chairs have that capability?
