They smacked up the front end and couldn't find a GN front clip so they used a base Regal or T-Type piece. Those are getting harder and harder to find as time goes by

What are the dates from last 5 documents? I'll see cars that say only 30k miles only shows documents dated up to 1992 nothing afterwards because that would conflict with the rolled over odometer. And please by no means am I under that assumption you do present the car very well with a balance of good and bad.
actually that was actually a 'thing' in the 80's, lots of cars had those on the fender and I never understood why anyone would mangle their fenders for a security device instead of hiding it under-dash or out-of-sight somewhere
That Eye sore of an alarm would be a deal breaker. - hopefully the new owner replaced the dender

It's near to impossible to find front nose with out holes so if the car has that it was replaced and body filler added
