You probably dont give a damn but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I was stupid lost the account password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
@Simon Azariah I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Thanks for this! I’d love to use such a workflow for my own projects - but it looks like Unito is a subscription based service. Is there a way to have a similar board syncing functionality for free (just for personal use)?
Thanks for this wonderful, clear video. I plan to design multiple websites at once, and I was just wishing for such a sync, so I could see progress for all projects in one place. This is AWESOME!
Does this only work if the lists are the same? Like if I had on my master board "Tasks, In Progress, Complete" but in a synced board I have "To Do, Doing, Done", would this still work?
You always have great videos. Appreciate your time. This one isn't for me but I am disappointed that so many posts want a free product to improve their business so they can sell their products. If a product is useful then it makes sense to pay the people who invented and maintain it.
Great stuff, Scott, thanks! Just what I needed for my projects. I use a Master board with all of the ongoing and planned projects, also made one seperately for my business, and recently created a very simple (3 lists) KanBan board to see which works better for me. Sync is a must.
Great presentation Scott. What do you do if you run out of labels? i.e. you have client labels like you have here but you also have staff labels to assign etc?
Trying to get this set up but I'm getting a message that I need to be added to the board's team? Is it not possible to sync boards from my business class board to another persons personal board that I've been added to?
Thanks Scott! This is great!! I was looking for this because I was trying to use Asana where you can add cards to multiple projects for free. The big issue with Asana is that I cannot buy a single user subscription and I found that $24USD a month is a bit much for just me. I'm hoping the cost of Trello but unito is more around $15 USD. You asked how we plan to use this -- I plan to use this to manage multiple part-time jobs -- keep detailed project lists and tasks in each board but bring them all into my kanban to do list. I can share each job board with the team members for each company. In your example you had the example same workflow (list names) in each board. But could I organize my PT job boards differently -- such as use lists like marketing, operations, financial management etc and then sync the cards to my central to do anyway? Or do the boards have to have the exact same layout?
My project will only run for 3 months. Can I end the subscriptions on Trello and Unito then? And i guess i will have to export the Trello content before doing so.
Hi Scott. Thank you for this informative video. Quick question. If I assign a yellow label that is in position 1 (which would be for a department such as finance) on my labels to synch to a master board and I have a yellow label in position 10 (that may stand for "in progress") will this power-up only synch the cards in position one? Is the synch mechanism done by the color or the position of that particular label in my label list? Thank you.
Hello, Thanks for sharing! This is such a cool tool that offers some interesting value to make a board a cross between internal ops or project tracking and a client-centric project status dashboard. It looks like this is now called the 2-Way board Sync & Mirror, but the subscription is $99/month..... Am I not seeing the right one...?
Yes it very helpful managing my small team. But there is no free lunch, UNITO gives 14days trial before charges their service. I'll think twice for this
We like Trello but in order to get it to work the way we want we have to pay for all these powerups which drives the per user cost per month way to high. It is a bait and switch really. Why don't trello just offer the power ups themselves that people use most and really want? Users can upgrade to a pro version and pay a little more and get unlimited power ups. What will undoubtedly happen is as we grow we'll end up switching to another platform that can look and feel like trello but without all the pricy add-ons so there is one price to do all the things. We can't imagine paying $50/month (with the add-on power ups we need) for 50 users to use Trello. $2500/month to use their platform is insane an will be the reason we leave them as soon as we build out. They rule when it comes to power bundled with simplicity. Plug and play implementation and easy learning curve. However, the nickel and dime power up pricing model is awful. If they don't change it someone will copy what they do and just build the power ups in and take their customers.

$10 per month for personal use is insane! Unito needs to offer a single user version for like $15 per year. WAY too expensive.
Almost $1000 a MONTH for a small business that wants direct sync instead of a 5-15 minute delay, Unitos pricing is still ridiculous.
Anyone know of any alternatives to unito? Not only is it expensive it doesn’t work half the time

You're very welcome! All the best with your new setup.
Hi Daniel! Let us know if there's anything we can do to help! Best of luck on your website designs.
Great Video but should have mentioned the exorbitant price of the Unito powerup in the title or at least at the start.
I had no idea this was a thing! Thank you, like always, for the simple explanation!
We are a thing! Let us know if there's anything we can do to help!
You are most welcome, Pahla.
Does this only work if the lists are the same? Like if I had on my master board "Tasks, In Progress, Complete" but in a synced board I have "To Do, Doing, Done", would this still work?
No, the lists can be named whatever you like. You can then match them up when setting up the board sync.
Great to hear you Scott!
Hey, thanks! Great to see you here in the comments!
Is this an old example? Not seeing this on the power up, is there a similar option?

I work with a non profit self-funded organization in Argentina. We absolutely can not afford a 10 dollars addon for this simple taks.
Do you have solution for free syncing mate?
They even charge for personal use. I think it is a bad pricing strategy to market their product/service
You can get close to this functionality with Butler. It just takes a little more massaging.
@@dkii21 A video on this would be great! Care to share? :)

Do the boards need to have the same list names?
No, the lists do not have to have the same name.
I have been using this very much like you demonstrated. One question I just ran into, how do you make the labels sync onto the new board?
Why the tag gone when it come to the client side? Are tag account base??? All your tag is your tag alone? Or is a board base?
Great presentation Scott. What do you do if you run out of labels? i.e. you have client labels like you have here but you also have staff labels to assign etc?
One way is to add a special character at the beginning of certain labels so that they sort and are displayed in a particular order.
Trying to get this set up but I'm getting a message that I need to be added to the board's team? Is it not possible to sync boards from my business class board to another persons personal board that I've been added to?
Can you sync tasks within checklists to other boards or only cards
how do you unsync boards

Is it possible to use a camcorder while someone else controls the computer? I learned a lot from your video, thanks so very much.
Is unito a paid add on? I tried to set up a masterboard but it said I had to buy it
This is amazing....thank you.
You're very welcome!

All my cards automatically received this description. How can I take it away? ┆Card is synchronized with this [Trello card] by [Unito]

I’m really struggling to get this to work

True, you get what you pay for.
Fantastico

Your, Gem!
WOW I LOVE YOU! THANK YOU!
😍😍😍😍
Second!
Set all that stuff just to go to a charge
too expensive :D
First
bad idea, bad technique, worth money. won't use it ever.
$65 per month????? WTF?!
Unito is just too expensive. Period.
