Where is the romance? | Four Weekends and a Funeral ARC Review

To be clear, I expected this book to have a grief storyline. The word "Funeral" is in the title. What I did not expect was for that storyline to be completely overwhelmed by the FMC's cancer plotline to the point where the romance got removed to the sidelines. Let me try to explain!
