    Excellent video. As I am getting older, I am seriously considering Image Stabilized for handheld binoculars. It would be great if you can do a similar test for IS binoculars as it will help, not only which brand, but also which magnification would be optimal or point of diminishing return. For reference I currently have the Nikon M7 8x42 and love it. However, I really wanted a 10x42 or more mag but always felt that there is bit too much handshake for me to enjoy the image. So for me an ideal IS binocular will have the magnification from 12x or 15x.

    Nice video! I’d be grateful if you could also do the same video with the night sky. The moon, mars, jupiter, and saturn, nebulas, etc.

    I have a pair of Spyer 20X-144X70 binoculars that were my dad's. He passed away. I Do not know how to use them, want to sell them. How do I go about doing that??

    Came here to see if the Kite APC 16x42 would bring the objects too close compared to my 10 x42 binocular. As in, would it make the object harder to find and how dark would it be. Not sure I found the answer I wanted, but that was certainly not your fault. Amazing comparisons, thanks a lot.

    Great video as always bro, recently i bought bresser condor 10x56 binoculars, but the design seems different than the 8x42 and 10x50 design being sold now. İs my pair from the previous generation of the condor series? Or i thought maybe it is a discontinued model? By the way i paid 290 dollars for them, do you think it is a great price for them?

    What do you think about the Sears binoculars that are 10-40 zoom 60 type unit ??? The video you showed us all is very detailed with a lot of good information for one to make a very good decision when getting eye helping devices. Hope you make more videos Sir.

      Hi, I have not tried them so can't say, but in general and in my experience a low cost variable zoom binocular tends to have a poor image and you are often better gent a fixed magnification or go for a spotting scope instead. Here is why: www.bestbinocularsreviews.com/zoom-binoculars.php

      Hi Ken - they are perfect every time - I think the low power helps with this, but even so the mechanism Pentax have come up with is simple, yet ingenious. One of my favourite fun devices - perfect for taking on a walk with the kids - makes it easier to share! Check out the review.

    Can I clean Nikon Action Ex binocular ocular & objective lenses? I have Isopropyl Alcohol 99.9% concentration. The steps are blowing the dirt off with a bulb air blower, then using penbrush to get excess grit/sand/debris off, soak some lens specific microfiber towel in isopropyl alcohol to get rid of fingerprints and grease then finally wipe of with dry microfiber towel after breathing on the lenses. What do you think?

    According to me 8x40 is best combination for travelling birding etc

    • @Bestbinocularsreviews
      @Bestbinocularsreviews  8 місяців тому

      Yes, a good 8x40 makes for a nice configuration (light gathering vs size) - It is much harder to find these days - now usually an 8x42 is the most common.

    Your video title is very misleading. You are using the word "ZOOM" instead of magnification. Zoom refers to a range of magnifications such as 8-10 x 40, these are all fixed magnification binoculars example 8x40. Optical zoom binoculars are quite different. Zoom can really only be applied to your monocular and spotting scopes in this review.

    You certainly have your very good reasons, but from the 'Best Binocular Reviews' channel, it is extremely disappointing that since IWA 2023, 3 months ago now, no one word, no one test, no one review about what can be considered among the best binoculars in the world, Swaro NL Pure !!!!
    Personally, I've had these binoculars for a year and I know what to expect and their qualities... but it would have been interesting to have your point of view, and it must be very disappointing for many of your subscribers !!!
    This is not serious from your channel !! 🤨
