I love how Helena compares the Red Queen to her daughter and pretended to snore when Anne described the backstory of the White Queen being bullied by her sister. Helena is just the best

I'm not a huge fan of either but come on, HBC is clearly much better looking. Just because she doesn't dress as good as Anne means nothing. Her face is way more beautiful. Anne has a long face with horse teeth and droopy eyes. Helena's fashion sense is horrible but she's a classic beauty in the face.
I'm not really into the Alice in Wonderland story but having Johnny Depp, Helena and Anne in the same movie got my attention.

Who knows, I mean honestly with Helena's personality I'm sure her and Anne actually got along and do (do as in if they have socialized outside the movie.), but you know Actors always have inside jokes with one another, and especially with the parts they played who do hate each other I think it's just a little pun and a bit of humor for them.
I know right :D But Helena and Tim even came to the stage to congratulate her after the Oscars, so I think they're friends, or at least like each other, but were just tired ;)

They are just total opposites when you see them together. On one hand you have Anne the young actress who sticks with what is conventional and is a complete people please. Also as she is American she needs a script to appear witty; whilst Helena doesn't. Where as Helena who is totally unconventional and doesn't care what people think of her.

Personally, I like Anne more because I've seen more of her movies, and hence I am used to seeing her. However, Helena is an amazingly talented actress, and I'd love to see her in more films.

In this movie specifically , I agree that Helena’s acting was way better,… I just didn’t understand Anne’s fluttery over the top nice vibe. It didn’t seem realistic. But still both were amazing and I love Anne Hathaway

I don't sense any antagonism between the two. Anne Hathaway, despite what her fans are lead to believe, is a very conventional person. As she's aged her career has become everything Hollywood paints as a great dramatic actor.
Helena Bonham Carter is a departure from the norm, more than a character actress she's had roles envisioned based on her. At her core, isn't sold on the establishment.
They're both nice people, but in their own subtle ways, very different.

It's just that Helena is brilliant, and Anne is not. However they managed to form a successful working relationship. A tribute to their professionalism. Also I think Helena is doing a bit of tongue-in-cheek trolling on Anne here.
