The Belize City Council to Replace the Swing Bridge

The Swing Bridge: it’s one of the most famous landmarks in Belize City. It connects the south and north sides of the Old Capital with the Belize River flowing beneath it. The Swing Bridge holds great historical value and that value is only restricted by the decades is has served the population. It’s time, though, is coming to an end. The Belize City Council has plans to replace the swing. Belize City Mayor Bernard Wagner explains.
