You can take your phone & secure it to a extendable stick & do this same thing capturing the sound as well.

I live in Cincinnati and my dream light is a ge m400
I have a street lamp posted on my channel but have no idea what company made it or the year it was made and you are the only person I could think of to help me out, do you have any idea of what it is?
Never seen a 400w street light mostly 70 , 100 , 150 in Canada bc
400W in this rural area seems excessive to me as a European as well. This would be 70 or 100W around here.
