I lived in London when Suede broke in 92/93. Saw them at Brixton Academy. They where without doubt the best band in the world at the time. Memories I will cherish for the rest of my life. Even into the next life.
@@mojopin1997 thanks for letting me know. The last record I bought was Head Music. At that point, I was certain they had lost their way. I've heard some good things about the last few though. I'll look them up.
Rob Dugas yeah Head Music and new morning was their 2 weakest albums. And they have been pretty honest and said they were mistakes. But boy have they made up for it. And Richard Oakes is playing some of the best guitar work ever. Check out the newer songs I don’t know how to to reach you and flytipping, not many bands are making music this good 27 years into their career.
Scott Allison - Yes! This has an ethereal quality and is hauntingly beautiful. No one sounds quite like Bret Anderson... except possibly at times David Bowie. 😉
Beautiful. This song reminds me of a trip to London in 2000, where I developed a crush on a girl from Israel. I wanted to run away to Worthing with her, and flog ice cream, til the company was on it's knees.
Absolutely Awesome with So Much Soul and Feel.... When I first heard this in the movie "THE CHASE" I was HOOKED, Also another Movie with a Great Song is the Movie "Sunset Strip" With Nick Stahl .. The song is by a Band called Geneva the song is called "Amnesia Valley" CHECK IT OUT, AWESOME SONG!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome freaking song. I just loved it in the movie that I had to look it up to hear the whole thing, but even then I don't think it's the whole thing. It was still good
one of the more underated songs in history. If this song doesnt hit you deep inside theres something wrong with you..

Whatever Suede had through the first two LPs was incredible. I miss that sort of music. This was a terrific performance.
Rob Dugas their last 3 albums have been quality too. Highly recommend you check them out if you haven’t.

the audience should be ashamed! performance deserved way more applause.
You try to dry your eyes with one hand whilst clapping with the other
This song is so powerful but sad at the same time. It’s about his mum who died.
Still one of the most powerful songs ever written. Such a deep song that for me, shares some amazing and yet some sorrowful memories...

Yes. This is not a song about death. It is about moving on to newer and better pastures.
Brilliant. This song is the best scene in "The chase" movie.
When I first heard this song, I knew this had to be the song played at my funeral--no joke.
X2
whoo hoo !! i'm addicted to suede until many, many years .. it's my music :)
The finest of pop stars are awkward conversationalists. Their power is the very sound. Seen here. Top fella.
I hardly use the word "mesmerizing", but this is it.
When did we stop shooting live music so beautifully? Every cut, dissolve and camera movement is perfect.
Straight out the top drawer

If my kidneys don't take after my transplant, I want to sing this song live in front of my friends and family.
Are you still alive?
Yeah, have to wonder about that too.
@harshtradamus He actually did send that postcard. I remember watching Jools Holland when he produced it!

Sounds for me like smashing Pumpkins especially the voice!!!
This is kind of Hollywoodyesque. Up there with the stars.
Wonderful song. Great way to close that album.

Thumbs up if the movie "The Chase" w/Charlie Sheen brought you here.
Bill Krayer,Jr. I came here cuz of suede not Charlie freakin sheen
Ironically, Charlie Sheen is probably being chased by the police as we speak.
Nope, listening to good fucking music brought me here.
巴勒兔在弹琴。
