once you get the vaccine you should take it easy! if you do any exercise for the first couple weeks just go on a walk like you said you would! your body has to recover :)

Yes I definitely learned it the hard way that first time I tried working out!! I didn’t work out for a couple days after that so my body could fully recover. It has been exactly one week since I got the second dose and I’ve been able to start working out like normal now:)

I was super against the vaccine before watching your stories on Instagram because I wasn’t educated. After learning from you, you encouraged me to look more into it and now I’m supportive of the vaccine. I’m also waiting for my appointment and soon getting my first dose! Thanks for sharing 💕

A study done by Yale (and I think CDC data too) found that women tended to have stronger reactions to the vaccine, so that might be why your bf didn't really feel much besides a headache after the 2nd shot whereas you did. Glad you got it done and over with though, yaaay :)
