It was very useful watching this video. I have a similar container, which allows you to customise the internal storage sections. It lives in the lid of my radio mic accessories bag. I also have a smaller accessories case from Viviana that I keep closer to me in my sound bag.
I seem to carry a lot of the mic-ing solutions that you have, but in terms of quality I really favour the Viviana
    products over URSA.
For example their pads, dots with hole, fur for lavs, moleskin extreme,
the beetle for 6060 & the rf savers.
    Talent also prefer their straps.
It would be interesting see how you rock up to work generally, as I’ve recently assembled a Zuca cart, which has been a game changer.

Thanks so much! Yes I actually have started to integrate more Viviana stuff into my workflow… I am now using their puffy pouches quite a bit, as well as the extreme tape (awesome awesome product). I think Viviana has helped to innovate quite a bit in the expendables world -I attended a workshop a few weeks ago with Simon from URSA and they have a few new products coming out next year that are pretty cool. We are blessed to have so many options these days.
I have a minicart setup that’s evolved quite a bit over the last two years. I’m going to integrate Systainer drawer system on the cart and then will likely make a new video about the organization. I am a big fan of the zuca carts, one of my good friends here has one of the og cannibal industries super zucas and it’s amazing! Thanks for the comment I appreciate it, love connecting with other sound pros on the channel. Cheers

Nice little organiser. I find it's always a battle between stocking all the stuff, and just carrying what you need. It looks like you've found a nice balance in size and range!

So true! When it comes to the rest of my gear I have a habit of bringing everything and the kitchen sink. Seems like anytime I leave something at home, I get a surprise and need it on set

Great video. I’ve been deep-diving into lav mic mounting without the clips & my result involves gorilla tape.. Waiting on transparent double sided gorilla tape from Amazon… but so far.. regular gorilla tape will stick to a shirt ALL DAY!

Cool I might have to try that out! I’ll admit to being a bit conservative with what I use because it’s proven to work well and I don’t like experimenting too much on location. I did buy something new today that looks pretty useful: Viviana Moleskin Extreme. It is moleskin with a wire inside it so you can shape troublesome fabric and create space for your lav!

@@nicolasfieldsoundservices that's awesome. Might have to look into some of the moleskin. I will tell you, having a roll of Gorilla Tape (even the black kind) is definitely a good thing to keep on you in a pinch! Great video once again bro.

Hi, what do you keep your lavs in?

KTek makes some awesome little pouches you can open with one hand. I keep them with my transmitters in a Peak Design Tech Pouch. Check out my channel for the video on that setup :)

Hi , i am working on starting a production company and looking to get two mics for video production i have the 416 but i was looking to get another mic like the 4053B for the Oktava MK-012-01 Movie Set . Or should i just go with a sennhieser mke600 . i just ordered the rode wireless Pro for the wireless lavs . What is your recommendation for a start up production company ?

Hey! In general, I would recommend hiring a professional sound mixer for anything you’re shooting that needs dialogue recorded. Professional sound mixers can rent your company the necessary gear and are skilled at operating it. Generally speaking, hiring a sound mixer will provide better value than trying to do everything yourself. I would add that most sound mixers prefer operating their own sound package which can easily run into the hundreds of thousands.
However if you’re going to be shooting cam and video on a tight budget I will say - 416 is a fine mic for exteriors and controlled interiors. If I was in your shoes, I would put my money into a UHF wireless system for your lav mics. Something like the Sennheiser G4 or Deity THEOS will be more reliable in a variety of shooting conditions because you can tune to different frequencies. You can pair these transmitters with nicer lav microphones like COS11D, DPA6060, Countryman B6. Down the road you can upgrade your interior mics.

oh okay so dont get a second xlr mic as yet is what you are say? and invest in a proper lav set? than the rode set? @@nicolasfieldsoundservices

It’s tough to give good advice because every production has different requirements and things grow in complexity pretty fast. So with that in mind, yes for basic video production I would steer away from wireless systems that use 2.4 GHz and recommend UHF systems like the ones mentioned in my previous comment because they are more flexible and reliable.
