I am not getting any drop-downs for the permissions and request tab. please what do I do?

In order for me to even request user friends which is grayed out. It says I must first make a successful test API call. Now what do I do??

Thanks for this video. Really helpful! Though there is one problem that is coming up. As soon as cancel the app review, the verification status gets revoked. Is there any solution for this?
I guess the verification requirements keep changing. I'm sorry I don't have a solution if this happens at this stage. If I find one I'll post a new video.

What if I don’t own a business or have any kind of documentation to back up the business name ?
So far I don't have a solution for that. If you are operating under your own name, which is also perfectly legitimate, Facebook does not seem to recognise that and allow verification. If and when I figure that one out, I'll reply back.
Have you found a solution to this? Or are you going to make an llc?
@@yzro4589 I had a long conversation with Facebook support and they have escalated this issue. It seems that their internal procedures lack the ability to accept someone carrying on a business with their own legal name.

Hi. I struggled with this for weeks. No YT video was helping. Today, I simply updated my company's business info with my company email (in Facebook business manager). I then received a verification email and that's what did it! The verification button appeared and I am now able to run ads.
