    You mentioned in a video earlier you would program how to build a solid elbow to train side pressure. I am interested! Reply back!

    Is this different than parallel strap wrist wrenches?

      the bar on those forces the straps apart and makes it much easier to lose the strap off the end of the wrench when you bend your wrist. remember, your wrist doesn't bend straight and you're almost forcing your wrist to bend straight with such a tool. I don't like them.

    Im making a wrist wrench and multispinner for mainly vector work (peg to peg and pad to pad side pressure,the way todd hutchings does it). And my hand length is around todd's too (about 7 and a half inches). I saw that he uses a 2 1/2" inch diameter multispinner and a 3 3/8" inch diameter wrist wrench for the above listed vector work.
    My question is , do you think its a good idea if i make my wrist wrench and multispinner of the same diameter too
    My weight is 75 kg btw , if that affects anything

      Wrist wrench is fine if not a little big. I think his multispinner is definitely too big for most pronated exercises (nobody is that thick around the thumb) and he puts a cap on it and puts the strap under his index finger to make it easier.

      @@ChrisDrummondAWso ig I should make a 2 1/4" inch diameter multispinner like you said in the video
      And 3 or 3 1/4" inch one for the wrist wrench?

    I know this is off topic, but do you know where I can find a good loading pin that's shorter than most for seated work? I tried using the judo belt method, but the weights flop all over the place. My bench isn't incredibly high so it's hard to get my elbow low enough beside my leg.

      I bought mine from Arm Assassin with a table mount pulley.

      @@ChrisDrummondAW Awesome. Thanks for the info! I get a lot of stuff from Luke over there, so I'm sure there's a shorter variation of the long pins.

    I use a 2 in thick pipe is this good enough for wrist and cup exercises?

      @ChrisDrummondAW  Рік тому +2

      Yeah. I'd go bigger for vector work (side pressure, pinning exercises, etc) but for dynamic cup exercises 2" is great.
