- This man famously known as Ramesh Kaccha Chiwadawala in Nagpur sells a healthy snack called Kaccha Poha Chivda. It's made by mixing the Puffed rice with thin poha , onion , chilli, peanuts, channa and garnished with coriander leaves. Price is just Rs 10 for one serving and it tastes very yummy.

Too much of hard work.... Hard work never fails at all. Let his business become double...
i believe the indian people have the strongest imune system in the world
Yeah. Coz of this kind of food we use water and not toilet paper. Makes sense. Also, search for Saoji Chicken Masala on you tube. People shit fire after eating that thing even if they are Indian.
@@ruturaj6787 Some people also face fiery dysenteries after eating that! So, I don't recommend it to everybody... Especially to OP here, try it on your own risk, my friend Jeff... 😅😅😅

It's so satisfying to watch rice get puffed, I am mesmerized
I request to the people with low immune system not to guide us about health and hygiene. We Indians eat like this only and we will always eat ❤
👌👌
We need this to be getting fit.
2020 superpower
we will be healthy because of this natural methods instead of those who always eat food made only in factory
Hey if he's busy like that all the time he's clearly clean. You don't see Michelin star chefs gloving up. I would love to try his food.
That is not sand, its salt. Don't knock a hard working man! He has plenty of customers - good for him! I enjoyed this video, wish I was there tasting his food too, it sure looks yummy! Hats off to the Chef, much respect!
Yes, salt...I don't understand why people on UA-cam are misleading people into thinking they need sand to cook rice...🤔
Why salt? This doesn't make any sense to me. Sand would heat up and surround the rice and make it pop. Does salt also heat up? and is there black salt? never saw black salt before.
Yes, there is black salt. Salt is edible seasoning. Do you want to munch on your treat, only to bite down on rock hard pebbles? Sand would inevitably end up in the finished product. It would be awful.
@@jstanton4561 as far as the rice is dry sand wouldn't stick to the popped grains. There are other videos where people comment that there are different styles of doing it, some regions seem to preferr sand, some salt. I guess sand is easier and cheaper. Also it may get hotter? Heating upt salt is a new concept for me.
@@gingerglue1579 hi, you can use either sand or salt, no major issue. But it also about cost, as often salt in large quantities can be expensive, but it can easily be reused.
and salt roasting works the same as sand, as you described :)
Also, that's 'kala namak' or black salt in the video!
Outstanding. Very deft hands. Very hard working man. May he be blessed with good fortune and good health.
I’m from Bangladesh and I’m living in U.K. I feel like go back home eat the street food I miss it 😞
Btw this place is in front of a liquor shop and most of the people buy this as "chakna"...I know coz I am one of them. The people you see in this video... atleast 70-80 % of them are carrying liquor 🤣
I think that's why people are impatient .

I once eneolled in food science class back when I'm a second year university student.
I can confirm that you have more chance of getting food poisoning from frozen food than a hot and straight from the pan food.
The heat kills so many dangerous things.
If the ingredients are not rotten or contaminated with dangerous chemical, it is almost always safe.
Coal even have beneficial property for your digestive system and often added in medicine.
In Thailand we love street food too and it is the way we live and we are proud of our culture.
It would be a shame if we adopted too much of western culture and abandoned our own identity.
*Thanks for sharing your beautiful culture, food, and people*
This is very valuable.
There was a cooking show which I don't remember the name, and they were roasting a turkey or something. Before putting into the oven, some part of it fell out of the pan onto the table. The guy asked if they should throw it out. The woman said "if anything here survives this cooking process, it will gain the right to kill us" lol
I can’t see the negative comments ,I can see only how hard working man he is ,we let’s pray all together that he should get success in his business n grow with good health n wealth 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I don't pity any man who does hard work worth doing. I admire him🙏🏼

What does he use, sand (balu) or salt
I was worried about his sleeve the whole video but this is a neat technique, cleaner than oil. Do you ever have to worry about getting some of the sand in your serving?
I hope he is doing well and surviving in Covid times.Best wishes
LOL He's got 99.95% of possibilities of surviving this PLANDEMIC, so why wouldn't he be fine? Remember other WAY MORE LETHAL diseases exist and kill MILLIONS EVERY YEAR, like cancer, for example.

HERE IN MEXICO IN GUANAJUATO STATE WE ALSO EAT PUFFED RICE BUT WE EAT IT LIKE CEREAL, WITH MILK... AND KIND OF KRISPY TEXTURE LIKE CARAMEL POPCORNS. I FELT NOSTALGIA I CAN'T RESCUE THAT RECIPE, COUSE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES BREAKFASTS. WHEN I GO TO THE RANCH I LIKE TO BUY A PACK OF THAT CEREAL, ON MY AUNTIE'S STORE.
Even, we do it in India as well.
But, we have some more ways to eat it. 😁.
Some of the elders in my family love to eat it soaked in milk tea😁 and many mothers feed this to their infants with milk😊

It looks easy but it is a lot of hard work...and there are hafta walas aa well....may he succeed in his life well
The sand is for retaining the high heat and it pops the kernel when in contact without oil.
No it is not sand , it's salt and if any grain of salt go with food into you it will not harm you but some grain of sand will destroy all the food , the colour of salt is blackened by continuous use and it's not unhyegenic.
I like his hardwork. God bless you bhai.

awasome skill. bt he needs one helping hand.
Exactly
Wow,very skilled👌. I am curious though would you not taste sand when eating? Can you still make these using salt instead of sand?🤔🤔.
Anyone who has eaten this let me know?
You won't taste sand while eating because it is seived
We can't make it using salt
There is a purpose for using sand it provides uniform heat to paddy grains
Salt would just melt on exposure to heat
Radhika ji, I guess u may have misinterpreted the word " sand" . It is not road side sand, it is balu in hindi collected from river , it small particles of stone, it is used in construction of buildings as concrete. So it won't taste when u eat the food, now u get that I guess
Nice 👍🏻
Looks yummy 😋
Hay i randomly found your comment
