- How does your shoulder warm-up help you become a better attacker?
With the number of balls young players hit with both feet on the ground in practice and during warm-up, we need to make sure they use motor patterns that will easily translate into their real hitting motion, when they jump at the net. Here's how you can do that.

whatching from spain just starting playing volleyball 3 months away. I'm enjoying your videos a lot thank you!
How is now going
Thanks! Very usefull and clear tips for Attackers. Specially good to show for girls - they have a lot problems with correct shoulders positions and body movment in attack. Really thanks! )))
+Dmytro Sidenko I know, I decided to do this tip after coaching girls in a clinic. It is a big problem for them because a lot of girls don't learn how to throw a ball when they are young. That means it is more difficult for them to learn to hit when they start volleyball.
Thanks for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it. Good luck with your coaching.
Jump Volleyball can you make a video about hand signals and when do you use it in the game?
amazing philosophical way of approach.
Thank you for the tip.
You helped me so much !
great to watch one of the best
Thanks +ANTWI EBENEZER
I realised that i often got knee pain because i dont have strong muscles above and below it to ‘hold’ the knee. And there i can see toned muscle above the knee, meaning u must have strong legs and good jump.
The fact that more people don't make that connection of two hands up to mimic a toss is insane to me.
Ok got it man
Tq..sir.
wouldnt you still want to hit all ball after the first one with spin, just to have more repetitions instead of catching every ball and tossing it again?
