The foundation of both religion is the scriptures. However, if any scripture that claims to be from God Almighty contains errors, fallacies, contradictions, heresies and inconsistencies would u still follow such religion. Every prophets that stepped foot on this earth always comes to preach the right way to worship God cos people are always deviance and worshipping idols. Jesus spoke Aramaic and ancient Hebrew but the oldest bible is written in Greek which were later translated to English. You can imagine how many words that would have been lost in translation, before king james of questionable character approved a standardised bible. After that over 50 different version has been written and still ongoing. Hence, the hundreds of different denominations in Christianity with different doctrines and preaching with different bibles and giving it their own meaning. God Almighty is one,and He's not the author of confusion, only one way can lead to God, Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it” (Matt. 7:13-14). Prove all things; hold fast that which is true. Seek the truth and the truth shall set u free. If u want to be sincere with urself abstain from all emotions and research with open mind. Peace out

There are too numerous irreconcilable differences in it. In fact, right from Genesis. Compare Genesis 1:1-2:25 to Genesis 2:2-45. The accounts are contradictory but lets assume a community reading of the two together it would still be contradictory because the sun, moon and plants were created on the 3rd day and you seriously don't believe that Man was created before the heavenly bodies or do you?

This Muslims are so confused, l really feel sorry for them. The evidence in the book of Isaiah chapter 9 V6 is so strong and yet they are trying to debunk the truth. The Bible might have errors due to different interpretations. The foundation of both religion is the scriptures. However, if any scripture that claims to be from God Almighty contains errors, fallacies, contradictions, heresies and inconsistencies would u still follow such religion. Every prophets that stepped foot on this earth always comes to preach the right way to worship God cos people are always deviance and worshipping idols. Before moses left the Jews had already carved a golden calf idol. And when Jesus came he did the same thing as his predecessors, preaching the right way to God. Matthew 5:17 (“Do not think that I have come to abolish Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.”) and furthered his statement in Mathew 10:34 ("Do not think that I have come to bring peace on the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword [of division between belief and unbelief).
After Jesus left, People started their own religion and named it Christianity, went against most of Jesus preaching, especially Paul that wrote many letters and people still tagged it as part of God's words. As time went by they started adding and subtracting from the true Gospels of Jesus. That's the reason u can't find the word Bible inside bible, or the religion that Jesus preached. Jesus spoke Aramaic and ancient Hebrew but the oldest bible is written in Greek which were later translated to English. You can imagine how many words that would have been lost in translation, before king james of questionable character approved a standardised bible. After that over 50 different version has been written and still ongoing. Hence, the hundreds of different denominations in Christianity with different doctrines and preaching with different bibles and giving it their own meaning. God Almighty is one,and He's not the author of confusion, only one way can lead to God, Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it” (Matt. 7:13-14). Prove all things; hold fast that which is true. Seek the truth and the truth shall set u free.

Don't use the nomenclature 'mystery' to ignore illogical and unexplainable things. If I was told there is a contradiction in the Quran I will find it and disbelieve immediately because the Quran vouched for itself that you won't find any and it is 1400 years, no one has found a single contradiction and the challenge is still open. For christians, because your pastors says don't mind them, it's not a contradiction you don't even bother to verify yourself or you pretend it is not there. There are too numerous irreconcilable differences in it. In fact, right from Genesis. Compare Genesis 1:1-2:25 to Genesis 2:2-45.
In the first, on day two God created the sky while in Genesis 2, he created Adam & eve on day two. The accounts are contradictory but lets assume a community reading of the two together it would still be contradictory because the sun, moon and plants were created on the 3rd day and you seriously don't believe that Man was created before the heavenly bodies or do you?
