Before adding anything else, I would encourage you to make sure you will not have moisture coming up from the concrete slab. Personally I would cover with epoxy paint , easy to do, durable and cleans up easily. Worse case seal it, and I am not aware of any garage panel doors that actually seal for any length of time. Not sure what humidity is like there. Easy test for slab, cut say 2ft. X 2ft. Clear Plastic, no holes. Tape all edges to concrete and see if any condensation forms underneath in 24 hrs. There are several different ways to test concrete moisture test, this is cheapest. It will save many a headache down the road. Congrats on new labs.

Ideas for the new lab? I think you need a couple more scopes... e.g. when restoring that old TV, you want to probe every junction in the device at the same time and look at the waveforms!

Awesome Paul!!! so are you going to end up with 4 labs? or are you going to consolidate the two current into the two new ones you are building? The current submarine view of your intros is super cool. And it seems you have several models repeated, what do you do with them after fixing them? You could start a school to pass your VAST knowledge to new generations.

Paul, I think you have more Tektronix 'scopes than I saw when I went on a tour of their factory in Beaverton OR when visiting from Marconi in England - February 1978 I believe. Three of us were staying in the area for a couple of weeks to undertake hardware and software training on the AP120B array processor at at Floating Point Systems Inc.
