- I finally did it, folks. I beat the entire game on Style-only. Overall, it's been a wild ride and I'm glad to have experienced it with you all.

What better way to cap off your style-only run than a stylish takedown of Felidae Cantus; nice work Chungus,; full video proof from start to finish that stat boosts are unnecessary to beat the game on its hardest difficult; hell, it's not even much of an uphill battle to play this way aside from some of the game's technical issues getting in the way (which is why I hope we get a final mix somewhere done the line; oh boy would a final mix a dream come true). Also, it's nice to see you implementing your practice with the pig pin to good use in your battle here. Again, job well done with this run
Thanks man, that really means a lot. While the game certainly isn’t perfect, I really do love it, especially its combat, and I wanted to prove that proper strategy and utilization of the game’s mechanics will see you through to the end and I’m glad that I was able to accomplish that. There’s too many ARPGs out there, I feel, that put too much stock into just straight up overleveling in order to hide their inherent design flaws that make even base gameplay become a chore and barring a few hiccups here and there, I’m glad that NEO ain’t one of them and that the mechanics are kept to be consistent throughout the experience. Hell, leveling does nothing in this game outside of increasing drop rate and HP, which is actually something I wish more ARPGs did (looking at you, Nier Automata. Gating hitstun behind leveling blows.)
And good eye on the Pig pin. I honestly didn’t give it much thought in my first playthroughs but giving it a shot in this run really helped me to realize how it’s one of the most underrated pins in the game for its quick stagger and knockback.
@@thebigchungus4515 Yea, pig pin (and pins of that type in general) are pretty sweet. I used them in some of my previous combo videos specifically because of their utility as a free knockback tool. Very satisfying to use

When hit during a counter attack felidae's armor takes a lot of extra damage

@@thebigchungus4515 did a whole 8 hour stream on KH2FM and beat all the main bosses on critical. Again the whole chat said you’re very hypocritical for dissing KH but liking TWEWY. Again school shooter mentality man.
@@HupCapNinja What I find baffling is your need to put others down when the guy has clearly shown a high level of skill in this game. Also, if you hadn't already figured out, Style is a stat in this game, so when he says "Style-only", he's saying that he only increased the Style stat.
