How to obtain Almighty Amp | Persona 3 Reload

1. Obtain almighty boost, through either Satanael or Helel
2. Make a spare save file for retrying if it doesn't work within your money/time restraints.
3. Go into the velvet room and fuse Satanael, or Helel with any type of persona until a mutation happens, and Almighty boost turns into Almighty amp.
4. if you run out of money from summoning personas, reload your spare save and restart

Apparently, you get better skill mutations the more you fuse.
So it's better to keep going with random personas.

great video but u dont need to start with helel or satanael with allmighty boost,u can just use allmighty boost skill card on any persona required to make the persona u want with allmighty amp on, then fuse and reload save until u get it. for an exemple i use allmighty boost skill card on metatron and fuse it with lilith to get helel with allmighty amp.

i think i got it from a chest with 2 lock on a J or Q tier floor but im not 100% sure tho could have been from shuffle time too i wasnt paying attention when i got it tbh lol @@Tattletale.

No, as long as Almighty boost is on any persona it has the chance of mutating into Almighty Amp

Sad part is people spend so much time grinding for stuff like this only to find out they don’t need it because the game isn’t even balanced for it.
If you want to be bored 1-shotting bosses go ahead but I’m personally doing a challenge run where all amps/boosts are banned for example/only fast heal allowed and the gameplay really shines when you actually have a tanky bosses and have to deal with ailments again

It might not be worth trying to get the Almighty Amp. I mean the The game is over and New game plus doesn’t save your personas. The only boss left is Elizabeth but she has a strict rules set

Well you just need one of the two with almighty boost, and one other persona then fuse satanael or helel with any other persona and bring down almighty boostthen wait for it to pulse

well first, you exactly need titania she just happened to be the persona i fused. the way you transfer is by selecting almighty boost, think about this way.
Persona A (The almighty boost one) + Persona B ( any other persona ) = Persona C (bring almighty boost down into this persona)
