Hello sir. This foam density is too less to be waterproof. Go for higher density and higher crosslinking polyurethane foam for water resistance

What chemicals are used to make PU Flexible foam hard? Want to make 23Density Hard foam
You would need to add more of an isocyanate. That controls your ifd. But then you have to adjust your water , and it also depends on what density you want
