She looks like Scarlett Johansson to me. Congrats on 20,000 subscribers!
Maybe I mean if you're going to be a anime collector hey if you was going to be an anime cuz that you would have to maybe get more animes
Omg yes I just wrote that too haha then I saw this comment
Finally ! Someone that agrees with me about Prometheus. I think it's a great film
It is in 2 parts.
Watching No Country for Old Men first, and then reading the book last, I would actually recommend. The reason being is because Javier Bardem's take on the villain in the movie is so damn legendary that it's more haunting having his character in your head when reading the parts his character has within the novel.
Evan Acree love the movie I'm reading the book rn
I guess I am kinda randomly asking but does anyone know a good website to watch newly released series online?
@Koa Wallace Flixportal :P
@Nikolai Anakin thanks, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) Appreciate it!!
@Koa Wallace Glad I could help :)
20K? Congrats, you should've gotten it sooner, you deserve far beyond 20K subs you're an incredible movie and book discussor
Super jealous of he signed version of The Crow. You should watch Army of Darkness immediately! (It's the best/silliest one!)
Don't mind me watching your video at 2am after staying up too late reading a book. Loved seeing your collection! You have so many awesome steelbooks. I definitely need to keep myself from going down that rabbit hole. YES to bookshelf tour. of course. why would I say no to that? Congrats on 20k, and yes I THINK I was around when your first videos went up ;)
Thank you, friend! Yes, I'm PRETTY SURE you were around when my first video went up
the thing absolutely a must see for any aspiring film student.I have read the script multiple times and seriously can't believe the attention to detail
Happy 20K!!!!!!!! Glad to see this channel growing. A very underrated UA-camr. I just hope that whenever you get more subs you won't forget about us OG subscribers 😭

Congrats on 20K Winter is here!!
Thank you!
I've been watching your videos for a long time and they've only gotten better! Keep it up!
I love Closer too. Agree with you with Avenger Age of Ultron being the best of all the one's made so far.
*Marianna uploads new video*
me: *opens video, pauses it for a moment, clicks Like, continues watching*
Aww thanks :D
Wierd i come back from buying blu rays and see this
Haha perfect timing!
I first watched your Crimson Peak review and kept watching because you and I feel the exact same way about that movie. And I actually do read/watch your recommendations and love them! Congrats on 20k!
Thank you!
Yesterday I went back and watched the 2016 Video, today you upload this... it's like you can read minds!
Haha timing!
I haven't been here since the beginning but I have been since your Vicious review! I would love an updated bookshelves tour, you have awesome editions of some books. Congrats on 20k!
That's almost the beginning, one of my early videos! Thank you so much for sticking around this long :D
Clive Owen's performance in Closer is just off the charts
Also, The Island. A Michael Bay film that makes you think! Lol
First video of yours that I've watched. Great collection; not huge but better to have films you really love rather than taking up space with average titles/things you may only watch once. Have many of the same movies, but also added a few of yours to my watch list! Subscribed.
Guardians 1 is my favorite Marvel movie too
I remember when your channel was in my recommendation box. I haven't regret joining your channel. Here's to the next 20,000!
Thank you :D
Great bluray collection!!
Congrats on 20k subscribers!! Great collection!! Yes, do a bookshelf tour update! Here's to the next 20k!!
Thank you!! Will do :)
I actually discovered you by your last collection video! Congratulations on 20,000 subs!
Thank you!
Great collection! Arrival was also my fave film of last year! (I feel like it doesn't always get the praise it deserves)
Thank you! Agreed, I feel like it flew under the radar a little bit for people.
Your collection kicks so much ass. I'm so jealous of you because you haven't seen these movies and when you see them your going to love them....Old country for old men..reanimator....Casino....
Thank you! I can't wait to catch up on those-people love them :)
I found your channel by watching your first Blu-ray collection video, although it'd been out a while by then. Although I'm not much of a horror guy, I found we have similar tastes. Your collection is wide ranging, and that's crucial. Cheers!
Your videos are amazing! You are such a great person to watch and you deserve all your success! Thanks for everything!
Thank you so much!
There's a LOT here I haven't watched. Listed the ones that sounded interesting to me and am going to start going through them soon. As always a great video!!
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoy the movies :)
Dude those steelbooks look INSANE!
Can't wait to see your updated collection! Love your vids Marianna!
Loved this edited style video of a Blu-ray collection. Never seen it before. Also, loving that Game Of Thrones shelf. Subbed!
Thank you! Welcome to my channel :)
High key the best movie channel on yt
Aww, thank you
In Bruges is awesome. Highly recommend Seven Psychopaths by the same director as well as the short film he did. You can find it on UA-cam.
I like Cabin Fever, but it makes my skin crawl.
I just found your channel and this is the first video of yours I've seen. Loved it! Awesome collection! Just subscribed. Congratulations on the (now) 21k subscribers!
Nice to see “The Game” make an appearance. In keeping with a dark theme, “Dirty Pretty Things” and “Narc” were quite impressive.
no country old man is fantastic and easily a beautifully shot and executed film see it
Deserves 200k
Aww thanks :)
What a collection!
You have an amazing collection! Especially love the Bourne,Jurassic Park,Leon,Terminator 2,Wanted and Highlander cover art! So cool! And congrats on 20K!
Thank you!
Awesome collection! Our collections have so many of the same films. Good taste
Those steelbooks look fucking incredible! Congrats on your milestone, You deserve every last one of your subscribers and more. Here's to 50k, then 100k, and so on.

You're taste in movies is legendary 😊👍
congrats marianna!! I don't know if i've been subscribed since the very beginning but definitely in the earlier days of your channel! SO happy to see how much your channel has grown you deserve it
Thank you so much! You've definitely been here since very early on
I always love watching Blu-ray collection!! Your video is great! I want to know where this Bluray library is.
I loved the way you filmed this, great job!
Hi, I recently discovered your channel, really love your book and movie discussions. Quite the impressive collection you have, I'm actually quite jealous. I also didn't get The Cabin in the Woods when I first saw it, but I watched it again a few months ago and, trying to keep this spoiler-free, I think watching it after the backlash of films like It Follows and The Witch made it 1000 times funnier. Keep up the great work, can't wait for your next video. xx
Congrats on 20k, I can see myself buying so many of these movies now! Also after seeing the movies on your shelves I'm even more intrigued to see your bookshelves and everything thing else on them!😩
Thank you :D
Just found your channel. You have a great blu-ray collection and great taste in movies and I literally have all these blu-rays except Chronicle. Keep it up and just subscribed.
P.S. you should watch Army of Darkness I think you’d like it.
Congrats on 20K subscribers!!😃 Cool collection! I couldn't agree more about Frailty. I've seen it multiple times. I need to get my hands on that Enemy steelbook and Blade Runner digibook (still have the DVD version 😆)
Thank you!
Awesome collection, awesome video!!!
WoW.. Marianna now has season 2 and 3 of Vikings
My memory says that when she made the BR coIIection in 2016 she only had season 1 (and maybe 2)
Who cares.. glad to see you have 3 seasons of it.. Maybe in 2018 you will add season 4 too :D
Recent new subscriber to your 20K. Congrats!! Love your bright HD video and your well thought out articulated movie reviews.
Don't know why it took me so long to find your channel. Glad I found you :)
Thank you so much! Welcome to my channel :)
Can't wait for your review on Re-Animator and Ash vs Army of Darkness. Do you follow the Starz channel series "Outlander"?
I'd love a bookshelf tour!!
I'll have to get started on that soon :)
Oh cool, you're replying to comments!
I've joined Letterboxd last month because I loved the layout and overall style of the website whenever I watched one of your monthly movie summmaries. I even became a Pro member because the statistic feature provided is the coolest gimmick. "Get Out" was one of the first movies I logged into my diary, I am so glad I watched it and I know I wouldn't have if it wasn't for your review video. I guess I just wanted to say thank you for introducing me to Letterboxd and increasing my obsessive movie logging pleasure and list making. :o)
your channel is definitely one of the better ones for movie reviews out there. i don't know one advice maybe a little bit more spoiler review in the future?
I absolutely love your horror collection! Your taste in horror movies are always on point and it is one of the main reasons why I subscribed to your channel :) congrats on 20k!!!
Thank you :D
Your collection is awesome Marianna!
I try not to buy too many because I'm just concerned that things will go the same way as DVDs and they'll become obsolete... so I keep it to my favourites. So of course I've FINALLY just purchased a Hitchcock collection after watching this :D
Thank you! I actually used to have a lot of DVDs, but that was back when I kind of just bought whatever was on sale and/or looked good. Sold all of them, and started over with blu-rays a few years ago, much more selective this time around :)
Interstellar is one of my favorite movies of all time and the ending was epic as hell. Honestly don’t get people sometimes. I feel like people listen to critics way to much and then they go to a movie thinking it’s bad and a part of its bad and then that’s their opinion.
Congratulations on 20K subscribers! I love your content, and I hope you get even more people here.
Thank you!
YAY to 20K subbies!!! You definitely deserve it and more. I have a lot of "special" slipcovers for movies in my collection like my Grease movie in a leather T-bird jacket :D I just recently bought the Big Lebowski in the steel book blu-ray and I'm so excited to have added it to my collection :D
Thank you so much!
cute collection though missing E.T. lol, little bit of advice...get some protective wraps for your steelbooks. i put everything in pochettes.
I've seen people do this, but I don't think it's for me-I'm not a dan of plastic on my stuff. Yes, the special packaging is nice, but I'm generally very careful, and in the end it's the movie that matters anyways. It's not a big deal to me if there is some shelf wear eventually.
Good to know I am not the only one who liked Prometheus.
Have you seen/read The Remains of the Day? I really liked Never Let Me Go as well, but with Remains I feel like it's still Ishiguro's finest and hits roughly the same emotional notes even better. Don't know why, but the story somehow feels more real and poignant.
Also, yes to the bookshelf video! :)
You were doing so well up until no Army of Darkness.
It’s a Great film
This is the first video of yours I came across and it was well done! Btw, Steven Spielberg himself dislikes temple of doom more than the kingdom of the crystal skull, you should just watch that one. People hate on it but it has some funny moments and it's older Harrison Ford, who is awesome haha.
Thanks! That's interesting, didn't know that about _Temple of Doom_. I'll definitely watch _The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull_ at some point, maybe next time I re-watch the whole franchise.
have been watching your videos since your first one great collection.
Thank you so much!!
I have been watching your videos a year
Awesome collection. Love your taste in film.
Thank you for the review for pan's labyrinth I am going to watch it for the first time
Hey Marianna, if you liked Midnight In Paris you might like Fading Gigolo too. It stars/written/directed by John Turturro, co-starring Woody Allen. BTW, Turturro was also great in The Night Of..
If you own all the other Evil Dead movies you are obligated to own "Army of Darkness". Its a funny action packed film and highly quotable.
You looks gorgeous and congrats 20,000 subscribers....
Army of Darkness (1992) was a good film, I recomand you to watch it. Congrats on 20K! :)
Not only you're a great reviewer but you also have absolutely a great taste in film! YOU MUST SEE ARMY OF DARKNESS CAUSE ITS AWESOME!!! I would love to see a book collection video! I can never have enough of that stuff! I have mentioned this before but 1st time I saw your video when I saw a review I loved for a film I generally disliked but I'm glad I saw High Rise cause it made me discoverer your channel!
Thank you so much! _High Rise_ is one strange movie :)
so many movies to watch NOW :)
Thank you for all your wonderful videos, you'll always be my favorite youtuber :) Now on to 30k!
Thank you so much!
So jealous of your Hero Steelbook! Love that film so much! Midnight in Paris and Let the Right One In are some of my favorites as well. Still need to read Never Let Me Go and watch the film. Highly recommend Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, a brilliant romance movie that I think you'd like even if you're not a romance person. Blue is the Warmest Color is also great and on Netflix though it's rather explicit but you can always skip those scenes (I did, rather not see such explicit scenes).
LOVE _Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind_, such a beautiful film! I still need to see _Blue is the Warmest Color_ though, it's been in my Netflix queue for a while.
Love that ghostface pop
Your videos are amazing so is your first. Congrats on the 200k. Also you look like Scarlett Johansson from Rought Night.
200k? I wish :) But thank you!
Scream is also one of my favorites of all time. Now we must get married haha. Seriously though, great collection. Just subbed to you.
Haha thank you :) Welcome to my channel!
Nice Collection, and I'm so happy you loved The Thing. I had a strong feeling you would :). Also regarding the Evil Dead movies, I absolutely loved Army of Darkness. I think if you like the second one, I think you would enjoy that one as well. Congratulations on reaching 20k :)
Thank you so much, Scott! I feel like I'll end up getting _Army of Darkness_ regardless, even if it's just to complete my collection.
Impression Blend You can't go wrong with Bruce Campbell :)
This is an amazing collection. Firstly, there are some amazing films (you have the majority of my favourites) but also your philosophy on getting blu-rays is similar to mine. I'll only get blu-rays for my favourite films. I recommend getting some more Spielberg films like Jaws, E.T., Close Encounters of the Third Kind as well as some of his modern ones. Also this video was really nicely filmed- its nice to be able to see all the blu-rays properly.
Also I have now subscribed!
Thank you! Welcome to my channel :) There are definitely a bunch more classics that I want to get. Taking things slowly though, trying to find some cool editions.
Please watch the Universal Monster collection. The movies never looked better. The Bride of Frankenstein,Dracula,The Wolf Man,The Invisible Man,Frankenstein,The Mummy,Creature from the Black Lagoon and The Phantom of the Opera.(Blu ray of course)
Love your steelbooks. I only keep discs that I re-watch, too. Space is too valuable for me.
Hi from u.k. first time watched your video today and must say you have very kool taste in movies and a great collection. Well done and congratulations on your sub's. God bless keep up the good work.
Thank you!
Lots of nice steelbooks.
You have a fantastic Blu-ray collection!
Thank you :)
Very respectable collection.
Thanks!
your collection must be so much bigger now
Not ridiculously bigger, to be honest. I don't buy too many blu-rays, and I pass on the ones I don't think I'm going to watch again.
Oh my God, I had no idea Scarlett Johansson collected blu rays! Now I can die a happy man! LOL!! Just kidding. Great collection video, I'm impressed!
You were great in Under the Skin!
Congrats on 20K you deserve it😊
Thank you!
Impression Blend your welcome oh by the way interstellar was amazing idk what people are thinking lol
After she talked about Psycho now I really wonder if Marianna have seen: BATES MOTEL
Cuz I did.. and loved it !
Still need to watch it, it's in my queue
..as soon as you can.. binge the fck out of it ;)
edit: Damn.. I m a bit jelly on ya.. a bunch of seasons seeing them like being fresh (f1rst time)
Seriously in love with your film collection! So jealous. Love your set up's too :)
The Final Cut of Blade Runner is the best
There is only one movie that actually scares me and it is OLD! I'm talking about "Whatever Happened To Baby Jane" with Betty Davis and Joan Woodward The situation is realistic enough that I could imagine myself in a similar perdicament.
Updated bookshelf tour plz!!!!!
Congrats. Great video. More of this please.
Thanks :)
