Remember kids, if someone is telling you to over value something, it’s probably because they have a vested interest in it
Yup, just another douchey flipper trying to drive the price up so he can make a buck.
Exactly. This chotch literally comes out and says it. Can't even attempt to hide it with a good story.
He’s not wrong though.
Government, business everyone
Sort of. I remember someone saying bone stock AE86s would be worth money because everyone mods them to hell.
0:38 “997.2 turbos, no one really cared about, no one really knew about” lol yea no one really knew about 911 Turbos, thanks for making us aware of them.
-Dealer with the most overpriced 911’s on the market
Just a question - do you see a dealer with better used 911’s out there? If so who? I have many friendly competitors but we all for the most part focus on little different aspects of each brand -we try to acquire the best of the best cars and to do that one has to pay up to get them - and then be able to bring them to the market for people to see and have the chance to buy - otherwise they would be stashed away in someone’s garage - sometimes on a rare car it’s not about the price but it’s about the fact that it can be had/available. it’s fun to bring hidden cars out into the wild for people to love and enjoy!
And 997.2 turbos - I dk believe I brought this model into more of a “spot Light” - my point of saying how no one knew about them is because there were so little made - some wrecked - some sent over seas - some tucked away - how many could be up for grabs? How many people could have been given the opportunity to drive one - it’s not like you go to any porsche dealer in the country and say “hey can u show me a .2 turbo manual to test drive” - they’ll laugh. I shared this story to share the love of a 997.2 turbo with everyone.
Have you ever driven a 997.2 turbo manual? If not come by! Thank you for watching and your comments even if you disagree!!!
@@ryangfriedman1 Haters gonna hate. Don’t take it personal. I wish I would have saw the crazy high demand for these and sat on a few that I sent your way. - Casey
I bought all the cars... now I'm telling everyone to buy them off me for way more... you want it trust me!
Thank you for explaining how dealerships such as yours are actively inflating used car prices
Especially enthusiast cars.
He didn’t inflate them. He saw the value in them where others didn’t then the market demanded them at higher prices. Covid helped too of course. Ive sold a few to Ryan over the past few years and he paid well over market value to acquire them. Good for him seeing what I didn’t.
This guy literally tells you that he's trying to pump this car's value because he has cornered the market 🙄
At least when Ed did it with the Manual LP640s, he told a compelling story.
"I think this could be a half million dollar car in the future" - please go away.
These types of people are not enthusiasts. They're speculators that are destroying the hobby. They're here to convince other speculators that these cars are more special and valuable than they are, and gut the car community in the process.
It's called self-interest lol The same thing is happening to basically every Porsche you only one that's still kind of cheap is the 986 boxster and the 944 also the 924 because everyone thinks they're garbage they're really fun
Both of you are correct and, on top of that, this channel has turned into car related businesses commercial television….but some of the stories remain interesting though
@@andreimadalinneagu I mean edd was and is a salesman it makes sense that that's the people he knows
Have you driven one? If you haven’t I welcome you over for a test drive! That goes for anyone here! The car is a beast and trust me you’ll agree once you get behind the wheel
On another note - I’m not here to tippy toe around it - if you read in depth and follow our page you’ll understand why in 30 different ways why this car is incredible! I am direct and blunt about how underrated this car is…I don’t have all 296 tucked away so if I really wanted to corner the market I wouldn’t have gone on vinwiki and shared it with the world! In fact, that shows I’m a crazy enthusiast bc all I care for is sharing the love of cars and what I love about cars with everyone! This advice actually will hurt me, not help me! I may just hav been the first one to feel strongly about it! If you do research there r no videos or real in depth talks on this car - that’s why I’m here to talk about it like it or not, I’m happy you commented and took your time to gather an opinion about it! Everyone is entitled to their opinion!
Ryan saw a market where everyone else didn’t. He didn’t corner the market as he can’t acquire every one of these cars. If anything give him credit for having the balls to step up and basically pay retail (at the time) to acquire them. The market then demanded them at higher prices. Good for him.
As a generalized comment, can vinwiki please start screening out story tellers? I know there is a need for regular content, and that a lot of the best stories have already been told.
However, lately a lot of the stories have been kind of junky to the point where Im not even finishing the video anymore.
I dont know about others, but Id be okay if there was an upload every other day as long as the story was really captivating.
100% agree
@@type_s_tyler7547 I agree. Getting boring as hell. That said, this guy is probably correct, vested interest or not.
like the rich kid who started a party company with his dads money lol.
I found this so relatable. I hope ed sees this
Not big on the used car dealer pump and dump.
C'mon Ed, you're better than running this story. The guy literally says he's trying to drive up the market because he has a vested interest in it.....
Agree! (But He is still better then 'The Rooster'
Yeah I’m actually disappointed. Lately I’m not even 3 minutes in and I just close out and watch something better like Tavarish re-doing his P1. 😂
Driving it up? Maybe that will happen when someone talks about how good it is- but - those who own them will benefit. You could be one of them if you agree, if you don’t…that’s cool too. As I said to other ppl - I welcome you over to drive one and try it out and then tell me I’m wrong!!! Thank you for watching and I appreciate your comments good or bad!!!
I see a lot negative comments…but im sure about 80% of the people commenting have never been around the cars lol
I generally love VINwiki stories but I have to admit, this one was a let down... for all the reasons everyone else has already mentioned. This entire video was like a 60 sec clip on loop of my man saying, "They didn't make many 997.2 Turbos, they're great cars, I've bought/sold a bunch of them, please drive the prices higher so I can profit more." I'll give ya a pass on this one VW but lets try and do better. 👍
There are many things this guy said that make me strongly dislike him.
997.1 turbo manuals were about 70k last year. Now 100k+. PDKs are still around 70-80k. Same with 993. I saw 993 4s auto for 60k in dec last year. Now 100k+. Overall price of 911 went up.......
997.1 TT have been around 100k for the last 2-3 years if mileage is under 50k. The only ones at 70k had closer tom100k miles. 997.2 TT’s manuals are 125k plus.
There wasn’t a single decent milage 997.1T mt for sale last year for $70k. They’ve been $100k cars for that like 3-5 years. 996T really skyrocketed in the last 5 years. Almost bought a 600whp 30k mile 996 T manual for $45k back in ‘17 and I kick myself every day ….
Purchased a PERFECT 997.2 Turbo manual from Ryan. Top 3 car of my ever changing collection. They are SPECIAL
I hate you!! Thank you for driving up the prices… This was a secretly amazing car that Stig from Top Gear owns and talked greatly about.
The amount of times this guy said "if you think about it" is truly astonishing
I have a dream of owning, driving, and enjoying a 997 turbo. However, the projected prices of $500,000 in the future for a car that costs between $80,000 and $120,000 now seem unrealistic. I hope that there will still be options available at a reasonable price for car enthusiasts like myself. The video I watched has left me feeling a bit discouraged.
It’s possible. Look at the supra or r34.
@@dennisdwagner2012supras have come down a bit
I doubt it, this guy is pretty uninformed the cars for 500k he is thinking about are the 997s GT2 and the GT3RS which all came manual only
Look up 993 values and now 964 values. What happens when Porsche goes away from the 993esque style to something drastically different? The 997 can easily hit $500k in the future with inflation
This applies to any last manual cars… that’s why the F430 manuals are selling for the same price as the Scud, also why the manual Murci is double, if not more, of a regular Murci.
The 550 Maranello is double the price of the 575… etc etc
I’m not sure where to even begin. You can’t get angry at a guy because he recognizes trends in a certain market, and if he happens to create it and corner it… so be it. Ryan has built a brand that any business person would be envious of. Like anything rare and beautiful, these cars are expensive, and no they are not for everyone. So instead of bashing the guy, why not just appreciate the beautiful machines he brings to the us. And if you think it’s an easy feat give it a try guys.
*He didn't bring it. Porsche brought it to us.
He made non-enthusiasts aware of it's desirability making it harder for enthusiasts to own it.
At risk of being outed, I love my Tiptronic 2007 997.1 Turbo. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing noticeable performance and it makes daily driving a comfortable experience. Not for all, I get it, but something to consider - to get an '08 with the early PDK was a ~$15K bump, a manual easily a $20-25K bump. I'm in this car, comfortably, well under $100K and having a blast putting miles on it.
Shhh don't let the secret out. The tips are the steal of the century especially when you consider the reduced cost of ownership compared to those replacing clutches
I don't know what I'd do if I actually herd a car story instead of a car salesman talking about driving up prices so he can make money
The 911 Turbo is simply the best daily driver super car ever.
Luxury, reliability, durability and ultimate performance in one package that isn’t matched by anything else.
In 2022 a 911 Turbo S, stock except for safety gear, ECU tune and exhaust, running on street legal tires, placed SECOND OVERALL, at Pikes Peak in horrible weather, beating many prototype race cars weighing half as much with twice the power.
Truly a lesser known legend except for the real car guys who know.
The guys he talks about at the beginning as collectors are just speculators in disguise. This entire video is just a scalper admitting it
There goes my dream of ever owning a 997
Your best bet is probably a 996 they still come up cheap sometimes you just have to look
keep waiting and saving. 997.1 are eventually going to be under 30k in 5 years. the nicer examples are still going to be 30-40k
You should make a content on how to earn 6 figures in monthly profits cos I've been reading about investors making up as much and I'd really love to know how to such substantial profit in this current market
that requires a fair amount of research and good market timing.
time in the market and your contributions are far more important.. also diversify the hell out of your portfolio (at least 5-7 different asset classes)
Shut up scammers
Stop shilling please
Bad reviews if Ryan friedman Porsche
Let’s get guys like this out the car world
One of the most stand up guys in the entire industry. Cars are always as advertised and Ryan stops at nothing to make sure his customers and clients are happy.
Bro said summering in the Hamptons…Tell me your rich without telling me your rich…
The fisherman go where the fish are! Thanks for watching!!
So the 997.2 Turbo is the DFI engine as was fitted to the whole range but with turbo's , the 997.1 like the 996 before it (which I think is a more rewarding car) had the legendary Mezger engine in it which is special. The reason most 997 Turbo's were PDK was because that transmission suited the car better than a manual. They're not really a sports car but more of a Sports GT for covering huge mileage very fast on the German Autobahns and for that they were perfect.
Bullshit the Mezger powered cars is where it's at.
Crazy how many people in the comments are taking about this story negatively. Here’s a car salesman who set out to find what he believed to be the best low production manual turbo model out there that nobody was interested in at the time and showed them why and the market made itself… it’s not like he woke up to a dealership filled with them and said I’m going to convince people to overpay for my stale inventory, he set out to find great examples of a super low production car. If anything kudos to him. I’ve only heard great things of their reputation and a quick glance at their IG has my head spinning on how they actually find and acquire most of them.
I remember in the late 80's ('88) you couldn't give away a 928 in a 5 speed, everyone wanted the auto. Now, everyone wants the 5 speeds that you can find in decent condition. This car has made some ground, but still a deal and undervalued if you compare to the actual production numbers. The 93-95 GTs bring good money today, but there were so few of them.
I owned two 911 Turbo/930s (an '86 (4sp) and '89 (5sp) US Versions. In 1994 I paid $42.5k and $47.5 for extremely low mileage cars and enjoyed them. The 1986 was my daily driver which had box rockers & vents and a KKK turbo upgrade . Even the factory slantnoses used could have been bought at $49-52k back then. I was 26 years old at the time. I was fortunate to been able to acquire those cars. I had a deep love for 1980s Porsches and Grey Market MBs. Especially the euro 500SLs and 500SECs.
Ryan is one of the only honest people left in this industry. The vehicles are serviced in house by a legitimate mechanic. He’s not inflating anything. He’s working off what the market calls for which is what any dealer does.
997 Turbo are one of the great sports cars and will definitely be big $ collectibles in the future. RFMC is on the money
"I was also part of the problem."
Yes, you were.
And still is!
Amazing guy to do business with. Finds the rarest and craziest cars, always sold at a fair price. Beyond that, stands buy what he sells and will buy back.
These comments are comical, acting like “Profit” is a dirty word. He’s an enthusiast who spotted a car before majority of the industry and capitalized on it. A car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, simple as that. I’ve done business with Ryan he’s the man when it comes to these highly sought after 911’s
Ruining the hobby by inflating prices and keeping the enthusiasts out. Go peddle some fine art.
Ok this guy definitely has a vested interest in this car, that being said. It is arguably one of the most amazing cars Porsche has ever made… take that how you will.
This guy really said “enjoying my time as a kid during a summer in the hamptons” ……please don’t bring this guy back!
Why does that bother you? He can’t mention his summer in the Hamptons and actually mention the location, but if it had been Cape Cod that would have been okay? What the hell is wrong with you and the others in this comment section? So many guys whimpering and crying on and on about this man and his business is comical. 😆
So much for owning a 997. I guess I'll go back to 996s with a 997 front end conversion.
Or do a slantnose conversion on the 996. Looks kick-ass.
@@rahulsudhir666 Never heard of this conversion. Do you have a link?
@@FYoCouchN They provide kits for 996s n 997s n costs around 15-20k USD for the full kit. About double if you want it in carbon. They also offer a range of wheel options too. Do Google the 997 that was done in the UK with the Rothmans livery. It's beautiful.
I think this guy forgot that there was a 997 GT2 and 997 GT3 AND GT3RS which where offered both in a manual transmission. The manual Turbos S will not keep going up because of those 3 cars
The modern 911 Turbo (996, 997) in a manual has always been one of my dream cars. And it’s looking like it’s going to be a hell of a lot harder to buy one in the future
That elva next to the cgt is ours! So freaking cool to see it and technically be in a vinwiki vid, love this channel!

@@ryangfriedman1 100 percent planned on bringing something else tmrw due to the rain until it was cancelled, fingers crossed on the rain next week 🤞. And nice to meet u and ur team again!
A lot haters in these comments. Not everyone has the balls Ryan had to basically over pay for these cars when the market wasn’t demanding it to essentially corner the market. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Clever fellow. Who out there has the guts to take that punt?
@@RobertSchlederer Not me! Which is why I punted a few Ryan’s way as he was willing. Good for him.
This car has not gone up in value. The US dollar has gone down in value. The new car supply has gone down. Both contributing rising new and use car sales.
I have dealt with Ryan and purchased a vehicle from him. You, people, are knocking him because he has a long island accent..., but besides that negative, he is a car enthusiast from a car enthusiast lineage. He is literally the opposite of most car dealers. He didn't invent the 9972 turbo market; he marketed his business off the finite number of vehicles Porsche produced and educated the market on the model's rarity. I have seen this exact business model happen over and over and over again in rare and collectible sales.
The commenters ripping him for having a vested interest literally sound like they don't live on Earth. What business that provides you with any good or service DOESN'T HAVE A VESTED INTEREST IN SELLING YOU SOMETHING. If the market couldn't support the pricing, than guess what, YOU WOULDN'T BUY IT, and he would have to adjust the price to support the market. When you go to a restaurant and the special fish says MARKET PRICE, what on earth do you think that is? Honestly, use your head, people.
Let me ask the commenters about their own business...let me ask about your company's "ethics" on how they sell, inflate, and invent the markets for their products. Don't sit on your high horse like you are better than this guy because, newsflash, you are not. If you don't like the rare and collectible market and how humans place value on material objects and effectively will use their money to purchase what is valuable to them than I suggest buying a ticket on Elon's next rocket.
LMFAO!!
Having dealt with RFMC I can say this . His cars are solid. he takes his time to track down quality . His pricing isn’t any crazier than what everyone is doing . That’s just what it is in this market but at least you know you’re not getting a lemon . It’s the same thing as houses and watches . I send buddies there when they looking for a rare spec . RFMC is quality
That’s an amazing story!!! Dude created a name for himself buying rare Porsches. What’s better!!!!
JFK AUTO is now the exact same thing with the 2019 ZR1 market.
I am considering a 997 turbo myself, it seems like a no brainer.
Yes, one literally has to have no brain...
These cars really are incredible to own and drive. While the production numbers on the .2 is much lower the .1 turbo manual with the mezger engine is also fantastic and easier on the wallet. Inherently most low production number cars over time increase in value. Usually 20+ years from the time of production. Just look at the old corvettes or camaros. Bottom line is in the lineage of the Porsche 911 the 997 represents last of analog steering, last of manual turbos, the last of a lot of things that make older cars fun. And thats what its all about. Drive it and enjoy it…
@vinwiki any time
Re 993: Air cooled baby, air cooled. That is why a 993 Turbo is more than a 997 Turbo.
As much as ppl might want to hate on this guy and ppl like him, they aren't the problem, they are a symptom of the problem which is scarcity which, over time, is simply unavoidable. I believe he is simply telling it like it is.
But he is literally the one creating said scarcity though. As he said, he's been buying up whatever comes to the market purely for market speculation.
I’m not creating the scarcity - only 296 coupes and 192 cabs was what created it. Anyone is able to buy them other than me! Any customer who has purchased one from me is obsessed and thankful! Coke and enjoy one if you are local! I’ll take you for a spin!! Thanks for watching and I appreciate your opinion good or bad!
Rich kid cornered the market, and wants to drive up prices for himself. Nailed it VINwiki
Don't ge a fool, Ed profits from this shenanigans from "views"....
Ryan Friedman is a legend in the car business!! More knowledge and passion than others in the business!! He cares and treats his customers with respect
I wouldn't buy antything from this guy, perfect example of car speculant
I’m always in the market for 997s and other 911s and had found a few on Ryan’s website that grabbed my attention. I have to say that after watching this video, I’m less than impressed with this dude. Based on similar comments, this is probably not the marketing campaign he was hoping to get out of a Vinwiki video.
What a great story about another entrepreneur with tremendous passion for his craft. As others have said, yes, he may sound like a shill….but, unlike most shills, he has facts on his side. He’s highlighting facts on the one hand-Porsche made a small number of 997.2 Turbos in MT-and his opinion on the other hand-that because of the rarity of these cars AND how great they are that values should continue to rise. I don’t doubt it for a minute. Don’t like his prices? Feel free to find one on your own. Good luck! RFMC has an almost unparalleled ability to source fantastic, high-quality, low-mileage special cars. Bravo, Ryan!
there’s very strong hate in this comment section. pretty funny the lengths of jealousy that has been validated these days by allowing keyboard warriors to voice there opinion. bunch of jealous people who can’t even achieve a 1/4 of what ryan has done for the porsche community. especially the 997 turbomarket. keep in mind he was doing this in 2017-2018 way before anyone knew how special these turbos were. god forbid he is running a profitable business that wasn’t created overnight we should applaud him not hate. every market has its niche and certain models were being cornered should we kill those dealers as well? if someone were to corner c7 vettes being the last manual vette and makes a living doing that does that make them a bad person? history repeats itself look at old muscle cars- once 20k now 150k. manual murcies- vipers- audis- ferraris- porsches- vettes- all gone up in price. maybe instead of talking smack on the internet put that energy towards buying your fav car or being productive instead of being jealous of someone’s success. Ryan is a stand up guy- picks up his phone 24/7 and is extremely customer oriented. he is a honorary dude and has a passion for these porsches and puts his money where his mouth is. how many of you can say you done the same. when i purchase my next 997tt - ryan would be the first guy i reach out to! ✌️
Give me a 997.1 6MT - the last Mezger motor and a timeless beauty. It feels like the proper successor to the 993 Turbo. I would happily buy a .1 6MT in the $100-$120k range and enjoy it. The 997.2 is cool but not worth the premium with a less storied motor. Ryan seems like a cool dude though.
I bought several cars from Ryan, he gets the best of the best cars and stands by them. Haters gonna hate, Some of these comments are comical. Mostly from people who are broke. Ryan, find me a speed yellow 997 gt3 please !
996 gt2 is the one to get now!
Hush. Nobody needs to know😂
I own one 997.2 turbo manual in black, perfect state. Like the one of the Stig. Love it and will not sell it so it will be worth 300 k in 8 years because just very few units made and the owners dont want to sell!
Wow! I’m seeing a lotta whining from folks about a guy that just gave away the secret sauce to his empire. He identified and cornered a very small market and now you wanna crucify him for being The evangelist for the last manual, turbo Porsche. Bravo, I say! Smart move. Ryan’s a stand up guy with a great team behind him, and yeah, he also has the most immaculate inventory. How do I know? Because I’ve met him, trust him, and actually purchased one of those ridiculously low mileage examples from him. One of my best decisions!
When I retire, I am going to redline high end cars on test drives. Every day. All day. It is my dream to track dealership cars.
It was a past time in my early 20s. I had a new bmw so I would show up to the old shady buy here pay here and ask to drive the 20-25k dollar used M3, AMG’s, and Audi RS cars of the late 2000’s. They can’t really stop it when you show up in a brand new car.
😂😂
Can’t compare a 993 to a 997 at all.
It’s a much more desirable body style and will always be that’s why the 997 will be the readhead step child to it.
I love the 997 but personally like the 991.2 more. It’s a lot more raw
For as much as this guy acts like he knows to say he doesn’t know why the 993 is so valuable really? It’s the last air cooled 911
@@btvbrndn Seriously. This guy is full of crap lmfaoooooo. 993 because of the BODY STYLE HAHAHAHA.
And the 991.2 is a lot more RAW than a 997? WTF is this guy smoking lol
Great foresight
The problem with that idea is that it’s the last turbo manual is that they can make more.
Been wanting a 997 for years and just as they started to get within a range for being a real passably between this dude and the crazy c-vid prices not any more.
Ryan knows his shit and knows how to do business. Instead of hating- why dont you sit back and listen and you may learn something
These turbos are truly something special. More than enough power, awd, manual trans, realizable, and rare. You need one for daily driving and one for the collection. It was only a matter of time till the enthusiasts realized they needed one.
Everyone is being too picky at the guy. He’s being honest and he did help bring it out of the shadows. All valid points. Keep movin fellas he ain’t seeking tulip bulbs it’s a last Gen turbo Porsche. 997 is getting enthusiast grade now deal w it
Future bag holder spotted.
Well, Ryan has certainly not done himself any favors with this video. OK, first of all man, it's "Porsche". Not "Porsch". "Porsche" It's the mans name, and nobody can change a family name because they either don't care, or maybe think it sounds "cool" to shorten it. As a leader in the sale of used high-end cars, with a majority being Porsches, you should know this! Second of all, why on earth would you say these things? You already get hate on literally every public site I can think of, from Rennlist, BAT and UA-cam. Learn how to be like John Temerian and Ed Bolian, instead of just saying their names!
Many public people fear the media doing a hatchet job on them, but you sir just went and did it to yourself.
Having said that, like Ed, I was in the business directly (for 20 years) and now indirectly and if I were on the hunt for a pristine example of a 997.2, I would certainly look at your inventory. You get ALL the money, but you also put in the effort to acquire some of the finest examples, and you do them justice with your marketing of them. Unless this rebuilt Murci is representative of your new direction.
This channel keeps sliding downwards.
This guy gives a master class on how to fill a 1k word essay, by just saying the same thing over and over again just slightly differently.
A vast majority of the Porsche market is pumped and overvalued due to vested flipper propagandists like this guy.
Aside from the pristine/exclusive inventory at RFMC, Ryan is an absolute stand up guy. He is a staple in the car community and definitely someone ive looked up to for while. A man who truly gives more than he takes. Awesome video!
So if there is a sudden shortage of 992.2 turbos available you will pay more for one. He put the price of the car up on himself
Cars are built to be driven not stored
I will say having been a customer of Ryan and his team at RFMC - I was extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail. I would happily do business with them again in the future. Collector cars at times yes will demand a higher than normal price - but the premium service RFMC provides matches that of their amazing vehicle inventory.
I used to be ride or die on manuals until i got to test drive a pdk. I will only ever consider either a 991.2 gt3, 964 or 959.
How much did he have to pay for this piece lol
The Stig was already here singing the praises of the 997 Turbo manual last week. To the moon!
Last time i checked having a monopoly in th U.S. is a federal crime.
Look at all the hate out there. So pathetic lol. It’s called capitalism. The guy made a real business out of a passion. Gets to have fun enjoying flipping in and out of amazing cars while making money doing it. “All these used car dealers inflating car prices whahhhhh” cry me a river. A cars worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
They complain about Ryan making a business for himself and his family but don’t complain about dealers marking up cars to stupid numbers to please an upper entity!
Good point. He saw a way to make money and seized it and there's nothing wrong with that. Buyers are willing to pay what he's asking. If they weren't willing to pay, he would either have to adjust his pricing or else not sell any cars. Capitalism is responsible for building civilization and there is nothing wrong with making money.
Wait until this guy finds out about 996.1 GT3s
As a loyal subscriber I can honestly say I don’t want to hear this crap. I went straight to the comments and I see I’m not the only one that feels this way. “Oh look I’m using daddy’s money to drive up prices to cars that I have vested interest in”
Glad I got into a manual 997 GTS years ago.
this guy makes it sound it like 997.2 turbos were dirt cheap and nobody was buying them. They never were affordable for a regular guy, even the pdk ones. And it's barely 10 years old.
11 minutes of the same info on repeat
when i finally was looking for a 997 turbo manual the prices sky rocket
I missed that opportunity. But will always be a fan
He's pegging my creep meter.
Cars are meant to be driven. NOT stay in the garage.
I own one. Thank you for pumping my bags and not being shy or sly about it... By the way, I have a car to sell to you. Hit me up.
I’m not sure where’s there’s so much hate in these comments. All he is saying is he found a rare, incredible car before it blew up in price and bought as many as he could. Like anyone finding an undervalued commodity. I also know Ryan makes sure every car is sells is perfect. New brakes, tires, fluids, etc. he fixes any issues with a car and you know you’re getting a great example. He puts money into the cars he sells. I bought a 2002 e39 m5 from Ryan and the car is mint. I’d gladly do business with him again.
My favorite car, super rare. People hating on the car are just salty they can't own one lol
997.2 is a great car but it's no Merci. It will probably reach 300k except for the showroom ones.
Can’t blame a guy for taking a leap and cornering a market. Look at Rockefeller, Vanderbilt, all the old school businessmen. If anybody is telling me they wouldn’t do the same with the proper foresight, they are lying.
There’s a fair amount of 997.2 content but aight boss
