    just finished Byron Katie's book, loving what is, and she says the same thing. every time you have a negative thought or feeling, turn it around and you'll see its actually what you are saying to yourself. it took a minute for me to wrap my head around it bc it's so easy to feel justified in your thoughts but honestly it's true. It's helped me go through a lot of childhood hurt with my parents and let it go. And as for the fear of judgement part which is terrifying for me, Im learning that if you are confident about yourself, others thoughts cannot affect you. very liberating, although it takes a conscious effort to implement. xo

    The Amazing Kyle. Timeless wisdom. This advice is perfect for a month that promises to be full of surprises, of letting go (perhaps of things, relationships and judgment among them). You offered the perfect words for me to share with someone who is feeling hurt from a very harsh judgement. Thank you

    so much love for this video. There have been times when I've been stressed and I watched one of your videos (or one of Infinite Waters' videos) and both of your presences are so peaceful and calm that I felt peaceful and calm. thank you :).

    My favorite, I needed to hear this so much
    I do this and have been on the receiving end of this
    What you learn is the person projecting this is you can trust them because they are unsafe to love and to love you

    Kyle, I love your content .... I have heard a lot of transformational speakers and I loved hearing the speak but I never made me change. But your content resonated with me so much I could see the difference in my awareness the very next day. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us ! :)

    There is a major difference between an opinion or what people think of you and judgement. Judgement is a good thing making a rational decision based on evidence. My comments below are a combination of both my judgement from your posts and my opinion and I mean you no harm. Thank you.

    Very interesting. I have just talked to an acquaintance about "Judging, is it wrong?" Interesting thoughts you've shared. Thank you.

      Good point.
      I wonder what you thought my "side" was on judgment. Please answer. :) I'm curious.

      huyked Hi. No idea didn't mean to presume. Just striking a conversation. It has unfortunately become common to replace the word "opinion" with "judgement." It is more people's opinions of us we fear rather than judgment. The more judgement we are open to absorb especially about ourselves the better we become. Love Kyle but he is a bit off on this one. Love and security rarely motivates. Good judgement from others highly motivational.

    what do you believe about the law of attraction?

  • @watsz1xxx
    @watsz1xxx 8 років тому

    No... Judgement and criticism is one of the most valuable resources for us to change. Feeling safe and loved promotes no motivation for change. If you have trouble taking judgement you still need to grow up and stop yearning for security.

    Idk about all this. Humanity has come a long way on the back of mutual criticism and judgment.
