Praise God! It worked!! II found your video Lenz AFTER I took the back off; unplugged the battery, then plugged it back in to eliminate software issue. Then I checked the screen cable to make sure it was not loose . . . none of that worked. In desperation I did another search to see if there were any other posts on the issue . . . and I found your video!! I cannot believe it was so simple! . . . I am so grateful for your video! @@HannaKuff the only thing that works, is keeping down the home button and opening google. Other than that, no idea (also, if you're on google then you can swipe down for settings)
But that's about it, can't get to the actual home screen
