Govt job tag is one of the main reason to choose banking. In case of 30 & 40k, anyone will get a lumpsum of money from private sector jobs after doing job for 2 or 3 years. Working for 18k for 3 years in private sector is way more better than struggling & frustrating preperation of 3 to 4 years.
Then why should they choose banking, because a banker will get deserved reputation from society after clearing banking exams, financial freedom is the another main reason, getting govt jobs in India is the biggest achievement of any of the aspirant. Afterall it's one of the most secured job in India. If you ask me why you are studying for Bank exam, I would say, banking is not just a job it's Emotion-Passion-Inspiration for me. ❤️

Interview should be abolished It is just recruiting fake people who can lie between their teeth....and honest answers will get you no where everyone knows why people want get into a bank not for betterment of people or society. Not coz they care about the country or economy they are driven by a single motif of safe 30-40k which will be transferred to their account every month...so that they can take care of their loved ones

Sir I have done the masters (session 2021-23) but didn't mention it in the application form as my result was not declared. So what should I do if someone from the panel asked me about it?
