While she still have the chance to draw high level undead like what happened on a few occasions like with Arthur, it's most likely her extreme luck that got her them with the chance probably being very small or that some undead have a chance to influence when they are summoned because mostly she summon the barrack troops she unlocked.

Sometimes you are lucky and the channel focus on a specific novel, but that is rare. My guess is that most viewers only listen to part 1 and move on which make channels focus on pumping out new stories over continuing with the stories already started which is sad for people that actually wants to continue the story, me included.
