This is such a lovely video! I was born in Alytus but I left when I was nine so I never really got to see and explore the city or Lithuania at all which is really upsetting because I miss the nature so much. I saw you driving past the school and I was like uh hold on that was the school I was supposed to go to and my grandparents live nearby. You were also like ten minutes away from where I grew up ahaha. This was really lovely to watch thank you!
Lovely country. All my ancestors are from Lietuva. Utena my mother, Zeimiai my father. Today in Druskininkai live my cousin pusbrolis. A very green country. Great people
I guess Im randomly asking but does someone know a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me
Thank you for sharing your homecoming with us. It is really a pretty place... reminds me a bit of Scandinavia. I love the slower pace and the home gardens. And the food... got to try me some of that. Cheers, Ladies!
I've got to say that as a travel writer myself, I love all your travel vlogs so much. You ladies do such a good job and your personalties are so fun and genuine. Keep up the great work and here's looking forward to more in 2020 from you!
Was that a little dance when the drone went up? Lovely vid! Your family are really sweet Justina.. the pooch was cute and funny..love how it did a quick left turn! And the food..wow..that kinda grub is really up my alley! Haven't seen you make that face at 17:42 in ages Micha..hahaha! Great content as always!
Aciu Micha and Justina for another great video. It was great learning about the different local dishes that are so foreign to Filipinos. Yet they look so delicious that I end up thinking that I could eat that too! There is nothing like being surrounded by family you have not seen in a while. Again, ladies, you both look so relaxed and content.
Really love your vlog...simply awesome with great contents...it is just like watching a fresh youthful version of Anthony Bourdain's journey. I'm from Sarawak and now working remotely in the Philippine...and I could attest that you have covered the very essence of those places....well done and keep on rocking. Maybe, one day I will travel to Lithuania :)

Beautiful, cozy, and homely town you hail from, Justina. Great to see your close family as well. Thank you for allowing us a peek into your private life as well, you must be awash with memories and nostalgia from this return. Much love from your friends at the equator.
Aciu for this video ladies... i really enjoyed it. Alytus is so beautiful and the food looks delicious. I'm so inspired to visit Lithuania after watching this video. By the way, shoutout to Justina's godmother !!! Its so cool that they grow their own food, that's so sustainable.
Atchu! Thank You, my family was from Liepaja ex. Libau, I regret to not have visited Lithuania earlier when I was young like you. Now I travel through You tube videos to immagine how my grand parents and family lived there. Labas.
Did you cross the White Rose Bridge? It’s the highest pedestrian bridge in Europe, and it popped up on Trip Advisor as number one attraction. I am going to visit in September after a few days in Poland.
Nice to meet your birthplace, relatives and friend thru the video, Alytus shows its slow-pace life, love it!! Your god-mother is absolutely a wonderful chef😉😉

"gira" = "kvass". Dusia - also known as "Dzūkų jūra" ("Dzukai sea"). Due to the slow moving water, every it is extremely to keep the lake clean. Most of the foods features in the video are not traditional Lithuanian, but came from Litwaks (Lithuanian jews) or were introduced during Soviet era.
You ladies are so awesome! Thanks so so so much for the shout out!
Our pleasure, Kevin! You seriously deserve many more subs with the content that you put out!!! 😍😍😍
