As a kid Kakashi main, he is just one of those versatile characters: great grab, great follow ups, great aerial combat, good jutsus and great side dodging + shuriken. I wanna say bc of his size or just of his play style, maybe him having a stun or “tilt” would make him just beyond S+ character. I play kid Sasuke and he has a quick stun effect while let’s say you play tenten, he rapid shuriken throws are able to take up substitutes easy and then follow up w bare dash attacks, her throws armor breaks
The easiest combo cancel is to dash by clicking y and a on Xbox or triangle and x on ps. It dashes at them and then you can switch characters after you run out of chakra on team mode to dash towards them and continue it
I honestly don’t get how my jutsus instantly get stopped after getting hit once, but my opponent hits EVERY single one of his jutsus, it’s so annoying.

I think the infinite combo was fixed or something. Jumping on 8th hit doesn't work because either the enemy gets knocked up or he gets hit by Saske's Chidori :|
You can actually do some of these even when there is a delay. You have to compensate for the lag. For example, if you're the type of player to continuously press (aka mashing) the attack button without actually counting each input then yeah itll be diffcult to do it. So instead, make sure you count each input carefully and somewhat slowly, but not to slow where you drop the combo, then implement the combo cancel. I hope this helped a bit, and I understand your frustration.

Side dash is literally dashing to the side with the analog stick and using the jump button at the same time. On 2:27 I’m on the right side of the screen I moved to the right very quick( I could’ve also moved to the left, works either way) by moving the analog stick to the right and double pressing the jump button, then use my ninja tool immediately to stop myself from dashing all the way to the right of the screen, then I start the combo again.
pain de mie It’s a red ninja tool tag(d-pad option) that some characters have but it doesn’t have to be red ninja tool tag, it can be the green tag and blue tag as well.

Another waay to extend ur combo is to switch ur character its also a good way to hit if someone subs more effective because it doesnt waste chakra
