#9 is my main and I was prepared to come down and defend his spot on the list if he wasn't here. Although I always swap his base jutsu for the standard Fireball because it has pushback and fantastic range. It's also quick enough to pull off that it doesn't leave you vey vulnerable when using that jutsu. Taka Sasuke is a close second for me because his grab his better, but I think this Sasuke has better combos.
I love how among the other characters which are either variations of Naruto or Sasuke, or other literal end of series foes (as well as Edo Tensei Hashirama), one of the top 10 is Might Guy.

This is probably unpopular opinion, but naruto sage mode is probably one of the scariest opponent if they know how to utilize it, his combo seemed slow but could have a lot of damage if you are not careful, his grab could be unpredictable, and his ultimate is so easy to spam and hit

I would probably add rampaging Obito into the list he does great damage has an amazing 50/50 mix up tilt. His ultimate is short ranged but also leaps very fast in It ranged and his awakenings Whip like attacks hit like a truck with massive range
I have alot of years of this game under my belt…. You didn’t say garra or neji…neji….if hes attacking you have to gamble. Its just too fast for most of the cast to deal with.
ME TOO. I just discovered her, she is sooooo underrated. Her melee attacks does less damage but her shurikens deal lot of free low risk damage. With her special she can be a wall to get through. Her grab is also very good. Decent range, fast, sends you up and can combo into her kit; shurikens, melee attack and even her ultimate attack.
I’m just here to mention Ino, my fav. One of the best characters imo. Only thing she’s really missing is a broken Awakening. Maybe a better charge shuriken too, but not really because her flowers have their own utility that other shuriken don’t.
OMG YES. Whenever I have difficulty clearing something or if I'm reaaaaally feeling like beating the shit out of another player, I'll just use Ino. She's so smooth and fun to play that it makes me upset she wasn't shown fighting more in canon.
EMS Sasuke was my favourite to play, I used him for the 30 person gauntlet trophy. Blast them away, and when they dash back, Ultimate Jutsu. Susano Arrow hits them every time.

Jiraiya is very underwhelming in this game. One of my favourite characters but he feels really slow and clunky in this. Only good thing about him is his awakening
He's almost unusable especially if you're a noob like me. I wanted to use him against my bros who uses op shit like Shisui, Sasuke or KCM Naruto, Jiraiya just doesn't cut it when playing against those lol...

Personally, KCM Minato is my main. He has nice full combos, he's pretty fast, and his ultimate is really good. The only person who I like more is hebi sauske because of his kirin
I really like using Nagato (Reanimation), Obito and Kakashi Kid (never used them seriously though), Shisui, Itachi (Reanimation), Sasuke (Rinnegan), Minato, and Sasuke (The Last) but have been trying to get into other characters but I was very suprised to see Sasuke (The Last) as Number 1 since I only used him in the Boruto DLC in the Virtual Reality Mode becuase Boruto is your main character and you can only customize your main character so Sasuke with his great Combos, Basic Attacks, and Default Jutsu was a perfect choice for me didn’t know other people agree and wanted to say I’m happy to see Nagato as an Honorable Mention he has an AMAZING Ultimate it’s just a ball that tracks the opponent and after that his combos are clean and recently I found out about his Ashura Path Distance Jutsu and was astounded by it it really makes sense he was an honorable Mention but in my opinion I don’t understand why Shisui wasn’t in the Top 10 he’s an amazing fighter with great Jutsu great Ultimate due to running to the opponent clean combos and one of The Best Awakenings his Susano’o just becomes a Drill and shreds the opponent literally it’s quite amazing Minato was expected very good fighter so was Itachi but shocked Rinnegan Sasuke wasn’t listed he’s pretty strong with his abilities he should have been a solid Honorable Mention overall great listing but would *love* a version where you only rank them using their Default Jutsu since some characters have terrible Default Movesets and make them hard to choose them if their not your main so would love to see a ranking of that form
My personal best character is madara (reanimation version 2) beceause like you said he is all about range attack and also beceause his rinnegan awakening is so strong and i also didn't forget his susanoo!
guy, alive minato and the last sasuke is a brutal combo if yall havnt tried it. guy and minato are probably the fastest characters in the game all things considered and their different enough to where they both are good against different characters but still have similar playstyles. sasuke is kinda just a combination of everything so hes a good swap if ur speed isnt working.
Great list. By the way.... in my honest opinion, you should put Minato as whole as the same rank. All of his versions play pretty good in all the areas so it's really no over the top pick for Minato. My mains outside of Naruto and Sasuke are Hinata, YellowMasked Obito, Nagato, Minato, (Forgot the Samurai name), and maybe Itachi.
Unmasked Obito with the fireball has been my main since the game came out. Great range, quick combos, the tree he plants in front of him can block attacks and surprise the enemy, just a lot of options. The ultimate can be tricky to land, but other than that I love him.
I love Deva Path Pain. He's cool looking, he can summon other Pains with his combos and ultimate. His Almighty Push is just useful, you can end block opponent's offense, you can end a combo with it, you can fuck over people using a substitution on you. Also, I just like Pain's aesthetics.

It’s sad because I remember all the way back in 2009-2010 when Storm 2 came out I thought he would be the most powerful and he was kinda lame. Rampaging Obito is the most overpowered character in this game. The experienced players probably know what I’m talking about. His tilt makes him invincible.
Nah I agree fuck that other dudes comment, if you have basic grasps on Danzo's combos you're solid in a match his attacks are quick and decent range, his tilt is super fast and normally reaches in fact its almost a better version of his chakra attack. his awakening increases his speed significantly along with attack strength not to mention his insta kill attack. who cares if hes overrated he's still a decently top tier character...

In case people dont know, s06p madara has the highest damage output without awakening and has arguably the scariest awakening next to danzo and his awakening instant kill. Nejis first melee action puts him in plus against almost every character in the game. Sasuke the last is good but not the best.

The Road to Boruto Sasuke has a different moves than Sasuke The Last. The beginning of each combo is similar, but every single combo finish has a different animation, the grab is different, the base jutsu is different and the Ultimate is different.
As far as I remember Hokage Naruto and RTB Sasuke were skins to the Last versions at first. However, later on they received unique movesets, making them new playable versions in their own rights.
For me It would be sasuke which had karin as its technique. I think its a must try character as karin can be struck 3 or 4 times in one try so hitting the opponent becomes a 90 % guarantee. Others would be minato , shisui , might guy , Itachi , hashirama , orochimaru ..
I like sasuke road to brotu more than the last . Because his justsu have 90 percent chance to done nicely. Even his ultimate hust send a arrow and bang . But the last sasuke need to be close and you react in milli seconds to and even than they can block or vanish so his ultimate probability is 10 percent but when you hit no one can deny its a masterpeice to watch the last ultimate jutsu
My main madara at number 2 I main him, baby naruto and baby sakura. Naruto baby has cute pjs. And finally minato I just got into the game I'm only playing with my favorite characters. Madara is hard for me to use rn. He feels a bit slow! So I use him as a support rn til I get better. I mainly use baby naruto on field.
danzo should be on this list for sure hes just braindead broken and the fourth kazekage as he has high damage infinites infinite strike back loops quick combo hes just GOOD

I had a friend who destroyed me like three times as ino (and mei). I never underestimated those characters again ever since.

Surprised you didn't mention Danzo, his transformation can easily one-hit kill someone with full health without danger to himself, I've done that multiple times online.
Rampaging Obito is the most overpowered character in this game. The experienced players probably know what I’m talking about. His tilt makes him invincible.
He also has a great infinite combo and in clean, he is a beast!

Nah I agree fuck that other dudes comment, if you have basic grasps on Danzo's combos you're solid in a match his attacks are quick and decent range, his tilt is super fast and normally reaches in fact its almost a better version of his chakra attack. his awakening increases his speed significantly along with attack strength not to mention his insta kill attack. who cares if hes overrated he's still a decently top tier character...

In case people dont know, s06p madara has the highest damage output without awakening and has arguably the scariest awakening next to danzo and his awakening instant kill. Nejis first melee action puts him in plus against almost every character in the game. Sasuke the last is good but not the best.
I like ET Minato his awk is quite fast and I can hit easy combos and the ultimate is easy to hit and deals decent damage
I love using Shikimaru for his shield prison combo and bomb kunais.

That's right. Sasori is incredible as a passive character and deals great damage gradually during the matches
What about Hashirama from the opening story mode sequence? That's one of my favorite versions due to the shuriken shadow clone jutsu

I bought the Baruto version and it gives you a type of sasuke and it has the same moves as sasuke the last I was so mad but at least he looked good
The Road to Boruto Sasuke has a different moves than Sasuke The Last. The beginning of each combo is similar, but every single combo finish has a different animation, the grab is different, the base jutsu is different and the Ultimate is different.
As far as I remember Hokage Naruto and RTB Sasuke were skins to the Last versions at first. However, later on they received unique movesets, making them new playable versions in their own rights.
For me It would be sasuke which had karin as its technique. I think its a must try character as karin can be struck 3 or 4 times in one try so hitting the opponent becomes a 90 % guarantee.
Others would be minato , shisui , might guy , Itachi , hashirama , orochimaru ..

I like sasuke road to brotu more than the last . Because his justsu have 90 percent chance to done nicely. Even his ultimate hust send a arrow and bang . But the last sasuke need to be close and you react in milli seconds to and even than they can block or vanish so his ultimate probability is 10 percent but when you hit no one can deny its a masterpeice to watch the last ultimate jutsu
