This may be my very favorite Maymay video...inspiration and recipes, what could be better?!? Okay...5 Ingredient Fruit Salad: A cup of pineapple tidbits A cup of mandarin orange slices A cup of shredded coconut A cup of miniature marshmallows A cup of sour cream Stir together, chill and enjoy!
I love this book-can’t wait to make mine. Good and easy recipe- BBQ chicken in Crockpot. Four boneless, skinless chicken breasts KC masterpiece BBQ sauce , Cooked bacon slices , Hamburger buns. I like to use crockpot liners for easy clean up. Line crockpot, place chicken breasts in with a 1/4 c. Bbq sauce. Cook on high 4 hours. Take chicken out- shred chicken, add more bbq sauce to make covered and moist. Place on hamburger bun add, bacon strip to each sandwich. Delicious! I usually serve with baked beans ,pickle spear, chips. Enjoy! I have loved reading everyone’s recipe shares too.
I've gotten a bag of frozen chicken breasts and dumped them all in the crockpot with a bottle of BBQ sauce. And cook. I wasn't sure that would work but it did. I like the addition if bacon. Just yesterday I saw someone use a hand mixer right into the crockpot and they used that to SHRED the chicken!!! It actually worked. I couldn't believe it. It looked like my kitchen aid hand mixer with the wire mixer beaters That would save so much time. If you make a bulk batch you could save some whole BBQ chicken in containers to freeze for later meals, and shred others. When you live alone cooking big and saving leftovers for a variety is a great idea.
Chicken tortilla casserole 1 jar picante sauce 1-10 ct bag tortillas 1 cooked chicken 1 bag shredded cheese 1 container of sour cream Start shredding the chicken off the chicken( you can find these chickens under the heat lamps at the grocery store) put in a bowl. Spread the chicken mixture over tortillas. Add cheese then tear more tortillas to cover that layer, add more chicken mixture and cheese. Repeat till all the chicken mixture is gone and cheese is gone. Stick in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream

Unroll the 2nd can of crescent rolls and lay them on top of cream cheese layer. Do not press down, sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. You can make up a night and bake in the morning, great for taking to work or church.
I like this a lot too. My favorite recipe is scrambled eggs. Blend together , Eggs, splash of water or milk, dollop of mayo, sprinkle of parmesan cheese, cook, and then shredded cheddar cheese on top when they are still hot. My family loves these eggs. This is the way my mother-in-law made them.

Can't wait to do this project and what a great way to get new recipes. Mine is spinach and bacon quiche - in a pie crust pressed into a deep pie plate, layer two handfuls of fresh spinach, two cups of cheese (I love it with mozarella), one pound of cooked crumbled bacon. In blender whip 6 large eggs until frothy then add 1 1/2 cups whipping cream for a couple of minutes then pour into pie plate. cook at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting. Sorry this is 6 ingredients plus your seasonings that you want but this dish is really good.

Hi Maymay, thank you for making this video. I have been looking for a book to put my family recipes in. The flip card is perfect. Love this. I am going to do one for my great nephew who has been asking for some of my recipes that he loves. What is the type of paper that you printed the recipes cards on.
What a great gift for Christmas for my kids, with their fave eats in it. It would save getting phone calls "mom, what's the recipe for ..........." Shepherd's Pie( 1) 1-2 cups leftover mashed potatoes or instant mashed potatoes made according to directions; (2) 1- 15 oz. can or 10 oz. pkg frozen mixed vegies, thawed; (3) 1 lb ground beef browned; (4) 1 can cream of mushroom soup; (5) 1 small onion chopped & browned with ground beef. Mix the vegies, soup, beef, & onions together and put in deep dish pie plate, Spread mashed potatoes over the top to form a "crust" bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until heated through. I've added in shredded cheese in the mashed potatoes, 1 can of drained mushrooms in the meat & vegie mixture. This is basis for the Minnesota famous tater tot hotdish; just use tater tots instead of mashed potatoes and spread 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on the meat mixture before putting the tater tots on top; bake about same amount of time. Salt & pepper both recipes according to your taste. I think having the book on an easel like the calendar would be good too.
This comes at a perfect time. I have not cooked this much since the kids were little. We are retired, and I retired from cooking. But, with the "stay at home" order, I have had to cook every night. I know, poor me. So all the recipes people are putting on here are being copied and will be used.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dressing, sour cream, onions, and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt in large bowl. Add potatoes and sausage, mix lightly. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish spray lightly with cooking spray; cover with foil. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until heated through.

Hoisin & Honey Glazed Salmon
Now that I have this recipe, my husband and I always look forward to the fresh wild salmon season. You can find hoisin sauce in the international foods aisle at the grocery store. -Cheryl Rein, Orlando, Florida
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 20 min. YIELD: 4 servings.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon unsweetened pineapple juice
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Directions
1. Preheat broiler. Mix hoisin sauce, honey and pineapple juice.
2. Place salmon in a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Broil 4-5 in. from heat 12-14 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork. Baste occasionally with 1/4 cup hoisin mixture during the last 6 minutes of cooking. Serve with remaining sauce.

Very beautiful
Love this. I am going to do one for my great nephew who has been asking for some of my recipes that he loves. What is the type of paper that you printed the recipes cards on.
Love this.
Oh I love when you make recipe books. These are so wonderful and useful to hand out for christmas gifts. Can't wait to make this!!
Bonnie S this would be great for “family” recipes. Make several and give to family as gifts.

Stinking cute…
This comes at a perfect time. I have not cooked this much since the kids were little. We are retired, and I retired from cooking. But, with the "stay at home" order, I have had to cook every night. I know, poor me. So all the recipes people are putting on here are being copied and will be used.
Where do we find the clickable letters? I'm not finding them on your website.
