re watching how great Greg Inglis and Darius Boyd were, i realised I am so lucky to have watched all those SOO games , That definitely is One of the best Qld left side combination
The best combo ever Boyd underated in origin
is that your darius? seriously my nan would have scored every one of boyds trys. they should all be added to inglis tally.
While Boyd is underrated at origin level there is no denying most of his success can be attributed to the fact he was on the end of a legendary left side attack in Thurston, Slater and Inglis. Throw in Cronk and Lockyer who also frequently got involved on the left and the work was done on Boyd's inside.
Imo he was never underrated.

Darius Boyd would HAVE to be the luckiest winger in the history of the game - having Inglis, Thurston & Lockyer inside him.
When you have rugby experts like Darren, JT, Billy and GI around you and if you're playing the right or left winger, there is a possibility you'll score more tries.

@@Nykt1000 he just had a shocker if you go back a few years Gagai was our weak link every time the ball went near him it was hard to watch now he’s one of our better backs outside the half’s. Valentine has played buggar all footy and also in a terrible team all year.

Cant really rate boyd 99% of the tries he got all he had to do was catch the ball and put it over the line. Everyone who played inside boyd should take the credit. Any winger in the comp could have done the same.
