I came here by way of your psoas release, I can't seem to limit to anything many of your movements I don't think would help , but, after I finish them, and you nicly add tips, too i I am happy I did do many.
Apologies, I know the audio on some of my early videos is poor. Try connecting to a bluetooth speaker if you have one, that makes it easier to hear. I am using better audio equipment now so future videos will have better sound. Thanks for watching.

That's my next video. I am feeling some relief from IT Band syndrome with some of the exercises on your channel. I do hope I get more relief. Thank you for all you do. It's very helpful.
This reviled my challenge with my right hip and waist. When the left knee turns out I feel a lot pain in my right hip and waist. It is much better when I let the right hip be lifted. I understand this has to do with my SI joints. I feel the same pain when I sit cross legged.
Hi Anne Lis, sounds like the right side of your trunk is stuck in contraction. Try the 'Side Bend' movement to release your waist and hips, then try this movement again and see if it feels easier. Also any of the Hip Hiker movements will help. Let me know how it goes. If you'd like to work with me I offer online 1-1s too.
This is so amazing !!!! I just did this , my right hip is so tight ! No wonder the right waist / side has to raise to lift it up in walking , the limited dorsiflexion in the ankle maybe connected too with the tight hip ! I will be doing this and the other movements , can I do this one twice in a day ?
Thanks Devika, glad you found it helpful. I'll repost with sound improved. You can sign up for my blog and email newsletter at my website if you're interested too. learnsomatics.ie

Could you please increase the audio volume? Even max volume on my phone makes it barely audible.
Tks

Can't hear a word!
Apologies for the poor sound. Try connecting to a speaker, or using head phones. I'm going to reshoot with better sound next time I'm filming.
