I loved this splinter, he was deep with the proverbs, had a whit sharper than Shredder's blades, and like all versions he loved his sons. So much so he protected them from beyond the grave.

I also like this flashback sequence and Splinter’s shocked face that later became more intense and serious, since it reminded him of his old archenemy Oroku Saki (aka Shredder).
This is one of the reasons why 2012 TMNT is my favourite. It expands a lot of the character's main personalities and makes them more well-rounded, especially Splinter. He actually acts like a father to the turtles and it's awesomely adorable.
I loved how Splinter said he made Leo leader because he asked him. But then later he says that he only said that to boost his confidence at the time, and he really did see leadership traits in him at an early age.
Honestly, I loved this version of Splinter. Still a loving father and skilled ninja... but also a complete and utter troll at times. Splinter: Was that fair? Leonardo: No! Splinter: WE'RE NINJA, you dumbass. Surprise attacks are our thing.
This is my favorite Splinter, he is wise, yet has funny moments, but his rivalry with Shredder is iconic as he lost everything that day but learned to raise a new family and trained them to defend themselves from Shredder.
By far the best iteration of Splinter ever! He’s strong and fearless yet humble, wise and thoughtful! Hoon Lee did a wonderful job voicing Splinter and capturing every essence of him. Splinter is also the best dad ever!
This Splinter is the best, not just some old rat, but a true master of ninjutsu and combat, and having the absolute best design, voice, and writing ever out of any Master Splinter rendition in TMNT history. Thanks for the video, I enjoyed going back to my childhood.

This is part of my childhood, and Splinter still shows what a good sensei and father figure he is.
I’ve seen all the cartoon TMNT series almost all the movies and Hoon Lee or this Master Splinter has the best voice hands down.
