This one is hard to recommend the full route for as we spent quite a bit of time on thoroughfares, including the I-25 frontage road and Highway 66 east of Longmont. The safer half of the route would be the latter: Out of town north to go up and down Rabbit Mountain then west to Highway 36 northbound, east on Hygiene Road, south on 75th, east on Valmont, south on 95th, west on Baseline, south on Cherryvale, east on Marshall Drive which loops around State Highway 120 back to Foothills and then following the 36 Bikeway back into Boulder. -The follow car driver
I'm struggling to understand the point of this video? The point of this style of training? Why not just sit behind a van or car if the idea is to cover as much distance with as few watts as possible. Confused.
good video ! very interesting
Looks like a great route with amazing scenery! I'm local to Boulder and would love to replicate it--would you be willing to share the gpx?
