The ability for your kid to digest information and remain calm with perfect technique is testament to your vast knowledge and ability to teach. Also the fight between Superborn and Marat in One championship, is a good example of how knees can disrupt a heavy puncher. I do think Marat should have won tho

😂 "You give it to him.....pause" hilarious. Great video man. Wish my son has a trainer like you. He will be starting Muay Thai training after moving from Taekwondo.

It makes all the difference the way you are able to articulate every detail. Anytime I think of a question, coach Charles already has it covered later in the video.
Tito’s input is essential as well. Always thinking of fights while training technique. 💎💎💎

One thing we did which is sort of like a JKD interception but we got from Muy Thai, was deflecting the straight punch as it comes in and kneeing at the same time. For instance, as the lead left comes in, your left hand meets it on the outside and then both hands pull the punching arm back, as your torso twists to the left and you deliver a left knee. Same for the opposite side. Be a nice addition to your repitoire.

Im really impressed with you and Tito. Both great practitioners AND thinkers! Coming from a Jkd group associated with Great Muy thai fighters back in the day, we analyzed and broke everything down like you guys do. It's a pleasure watching your process. What you are doing with those knees in between punches is what Bruce Lee called the half beat. He got that from fencing. Great to see others understanding it

I saw someone say elbows beat knees and nothing beats teep. Can you do some videos on elbows too?

Master it would be nice a video about how to answer like this from my guard because sometimes I vlose and block but I feel overwhelmed by the punching volumen and I can't find space to answer with my own punches or with knees. However I understand that I need to keep space if I'n gonna fight againste heavy punchers.
    Thank you

Instead of give back range once we've pinned, can we go into clinch to fully shutdown all punches?
