My theory is that the ship, probably hours before the storm, suffered some sort of explosion in the middle of the ship, where the radioactive barrels were located. When the storm came it cut off help and by the time the storm ended everybody on board was dead from radiation poisoning. The ship was never found until Camodo came because the ship had drifted away. Nobody knows what happened that caused the ship to send the signal, nor how Camodo was not contaminated by heavy radiation poisoning.
I know you’re all about sinking ships in storm works I think it be interesting if you tried to save one that was sinking you know like having the bilge pump on and just doing anything you can to try to keep it floating and yes more ghost ships
