Loopcloud's latest update is a major upgrade. You can audition over two hundred and fifty thousand MIDI files in realtime AND change the preset preview live in the Loopcloud app. All of the MIDI files are key and BPM synchronised so you can effortlessly build tracks using Loopclouds multitrack feature. And if you’d prefer to take the MIDI files out of Loopcloud and into your DAW, no problem.

I recently quit the other sample service I had and have been looking forward to spending more time with Loopcloud, so this is great news.
Nice, can we have synth presets next? I know you have them over at loop masters!
They already have synth presets in there, only for a few synths such as Serum and Massive at the moment!

Anyone else having issues with the waveform display being inaccurate when playing samples at half speed after this new update?
Every time i try, it says the files have no audio preview file yet. Am I missing something?
Does anyone know if we can use the app to sort through our own MIDI libraries?
It s a good new of course, but the preview sound 😢 need more option like 5 basic synth, 5 simple bass, 5 style of pad, and basic drum, to be usefull.

This is a joke. Having a choice of 5 preset waveforms is a complete waste of time. At least make it so we can assign the midi to a synth plugin. Who ever came up with this idea needs putting on the naughty step. You can't even edit the midi apart from transpose.
i think the idea is that you just use that as a preview and then drag it into your daw and use it to fire a sampler with whatever sounds you want. i dont think the 6 options are supposed to be used for the final product. i could be wrong, but thats how i saw the video. also your gonna wanna move the midi to your daw anyway, so you can edit it as much as you want there. i havent tried it yet tho. so correct me if i am wrong on that
@@PeteGunnShow I use Ezkeys for my midi to trigger synths so this is why it seems so primitive to me.
@paulc7798 i dont think I have heard of ezkeys ill have to check it out. I don't use very many midi files myself. Mostly I'll just something like stepic or one of the hy sequencers if I'm not gonna play it myself. I actually almost deleted all the midi files off my pc a few months ago cause I never use em. And I only got loopcloud as a sample manager. But I'm gonna check out ezkeys right now. Thanks
I downloaded the update but can't see the change. Do I need to actually type midi bro?
so all it does is let you either audition their midi files for sale, or if you have midi files in your library from your computer you can also use those. it doesnt seem to come with any midi, just lets you use midi inside their sample manager now, which is pretty cool. might even actually use some of these midi files i been dumping into a folder for all these years.
